I highly recommend not using this site
I highly recommend not using this site. Instead of printing 200 different photos, they sent me 100 x 2. That is, two of each. I contacted support several times, but never received a response.

I ordered a calendar starting from May…
I ordered a calendar starting from May 2024 i received a calendar starting January 2024, very bad quality of the pictures and it was in a bad shape because it was delivered bent in 2 parts in the mailbox. Despite all this reasons they refused refunding because i paid with a coupon, saying it was the company of the coupon that should refund, of course the other company said the opposite. To this day i still didnt get a refund despite many emails

The photo books arrived damaged.
I sent a complaint email and had no response!
I’m not happy at all.
I am a long time client and I have done a lot of photo books and other work and I regret that I am not considered.
In the future, I will look for another company.

I have to pay 3 albums more to get my complete order
It took me three months
Many calls to nederlands with no answers they said we are going to send you a ticket etc. Never saw them
Many emails to uk. To usa messages on facebook
I finally bought 3 more coupons
Then pay the post fees 7€80 per albums twice for the 3 albums missing
They finally offered me a refund of around 15€ i spoil more than 100€
AVOID THEM IF YOU ARE NOT LIVING IN NEDERLANDS
