Fantastic service

In February, I ordered a 1968 Olympic poster from Printed Originals. The company dispatched it promptly, and it arrived in the US within three days. However, the poster I received was not the one I ordered. When I notified the company, they immediately offered to locate and send the correct poster, allowing me to keep the one that was sent by mistake. Unfortunately, they were unable to find the original poster, so they refunded my entire purchase—including shipping costs—and still let me keep the incorrect one.

Very pleased with the poster, which is in excellent condition. The framing was professionally done, but I was just a little disappointed that the mount obscured part of the top of the poster itself.
There was a slight misunderstanding as to when I would receive the poster, so I phoned Printed Originals and spoke to a very helpful gentleman, who clarified the situation. The package then arrived a couple of days later. Good service.

Printed Originals provide a fantastic service to anyone wanting to buy an original film or travel poster. My purchase arrived safely, on time and expertly packaged. I couldn't recommend them enough. A 5 star ★★★★★ service indeed.

Great print well packaged - the recipient is delighted!!!! Knocked off 1 star as there was nothing to indicate it would be coming from the US so would take longer (was a v tight time frame to give as a gift) and the delivery address was then incorrect (but they were able to correct.) Print itself is incredible quality and it arrived from the States with hours to spare!
