Rachel McKale helped me when my printing wasn’t quite right - I was so impressed by the way the complaint was handled I’d have absolute confidence in using printed.com again. It was quite exceptional the level of interaction and support provided to get the templates right and reprint them. Ultimately things can always go wrong but you need to know the company will put it right when it does - their customer service is so good.

I received many emails saying that the newspaper, dimensions, etc. were incorrect, very poor quality, it was simply a normal sheet of paper with misspellings!

Absolutely delighted with the product and service. Communication was consistent and accurate throughout the process. I was nervous about my deadline for the product as it was for a funeral and the earliest courier delivery day was the day before, but items arrived a day early. Well packaged as beautifully produced. Price was also much better than quoted anywhere else for a lesser quality. Thank you. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I’ve been using Printed.com since 2018, and they used to be my go-to for amazing customer service. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill and the errors are getting harder to ignore.
My recent sticker order was cut off-center with a white edge on two sides. Despite following their guidelines perfectly, I was told the error was my fault. To add to the frustration, my second set of stickers was delivered two weeks late. Most recently, my business cards arrived with the front and back oriented in opposite directions, even though the files I provided were aligned correctly.
It’s a shame to see a once-great company lose its grip on quality control and support. I’m now looking for a new supplier.
