Really happy with the customer care
As a designer and creative, it can be really hard to know what to expect when you're ordering printed products online. Print24 customer service really takes the fear factor away for me. I've ordered lots of different products from them over the years, usually items that I have designed in order to sell in my store. They have nearly always been exactly what I needed, and at times when they were different to my own expectations (this can happen with any printed material) their customer care team were SO quick to help with re-prints, advice on different products to use, and even a refund if needed. It's felt like a cared-for collaboration working with them on my orders and I would recommend them for their printed goods and customer service/aftercare.

This is my second order from Print24. Now I entrusted them with my leaflets. Since it was my own graphics, I now asked for an additional review before printing. I did well, because the settings had to be improved, which was indicated quickly and helpfully. In this way, I received the flyers in excellent quality, much faster than I had calculated in advance.
I am already planning the next flyers and there is no question that I will order the printing from Print24!

I am very disapointed with how this…
I am very disapointed with how this business became.
I have an order that was supposed to be delivered on the 6th August (Order 6777463-01). The order has not been delivered until today. It is very shame as we needed it to be delivered last week. To make it worse is that we can speak any real people there: the chat is AI and there is phoen number to call and the call back did not call back. It is so frsutating that there is not even a human to talk to see what is going on. I will ask my refund and I will choose someone else next tiem for sure.
