I didn't expect a company like print24…
I didn't expect a company like print24 with really quality and affordable products to make such a bad impression on its customers. But something has changed lately and that is the courier service they use. I learned that they changed from DHL to FEDEX. This initially doesn't seem to be a problem, at least for the rest of the world. I live in a mainland city 250 kilometers from the capital Athens (GREECE/EU). While until recently the delivery date mentioned by the print24 order form, was to the final recipient, now with FEDEX the delivery date means when it will arrive in the country. From then on, it depends on the insufficient network that FEDEX has in Greece with sub-agents of its agents and it can take up to a week to reach the final recipient! Without any warning when ordering!!! Even if I used the "fast" and "direct" service and paid more, the courier and its transport would not change. Simply unacceptable!!!
