Pathetic.. orders repeatedly cancelled or only partially filled, weeks of silence after an order has been placed, no compensation or genuine apology for stuffing you around. The clothes might be gorgeous but it's not worth the hassel to deal with a company that has no respect for its customers. I will never shop with Princess Highway again

Two weeks since I paid for my online order. It was in stock and not on sale when I purchased. Order still not shipped yet. Not contact from them when I emailed. Pathetic customer service. Won't be buying again.

I returned my order by express mail for a size exchange. Postal Tracking confirms they have received the item, but no confirmation email on order status has been received
The company’s customer service telephone number is unanswered. No customer service email address is provided.
In other words, the company does not want to receive contact from customers.

I ordered one item from Princess Highway and paid for express postage. It is now Tuesday afternoon and have not even received a tracking number or notification of shipment. This will be the last time I will be ordering anything from them. Not impressed.

This review is for the online ordering experience with this company. First time ordering online from them. After 2 weeks from date of purchase with no email confirming shipping (their stated process), I contacted the company via their not very easy to find email. Received very fudgy reply almost a week later apologising for delay, and that the single item I ordered was ‘hard to source’ (despite it being in stock in my size in per online and in-store visits). Item was somehow ‘sourced’ later that same day, since a shipping tracking number was submitted to AusPost, although the item has not yet been lodged with AusPost a day later. Looks as though it will be 3 weeks+ to receive (I’m in metro Melbourne), and I wish I had just bought it in store instead.

Very dissapointed with this compagny... I ordered 4 dresses on their website,,, they sent only 1 with no explanation. I had to write to them 3 times,,, they told me the remaining dresses were on their way.. Few days later, I received a refund in my bank account. They said the 3 missing dresses were out of stock... My order was made 1 month ago, still, the dresses I wanted on their website are still there... I will never order directly on their website again. It's sad, because I love their clothes :(

Fantastic quality and beautiful clothing, arrived on time and as expected.

Absolute scam. Taking money online from new customers to refund previous customers that they didn’t supply. This is literally a Ponzi scheme. You won’t get your order so don’t bother.

Great online experience with Princess Highway. I ordered three tops on special. My order was processed promptly and posted in a timely manner with tracking code. All delivered. The clothes are great quality with awesome patterns!

At this point I would say Princess Highway has stolen my money.
They have not been able to complete my orders in months, and I keep receiving my refund as a gift card. Almost $100 out of pocket. One of the worst retailers I have ever dealt with.

Wow - I so wish I had read the reviews. For the second time I have ordered a skirt in the sales and added a couple of things to go with it (in this case shoes) and low and behold after I have received the items I didn't really need I get the dreaded "sorry we cannot find your item so we will refund you" email. What a farce! Stop selling things you don't have!!!! Will never make that mistake again.

Bad experience too. I saw this nice dress and really wanted it and bought it. As there’s a $10 shipping fee per order, I added some extra shirts in my order to make use of shipping. But surprise surprise! 2 weeks after placing order they emailed saying dress can not be found! But I got delivered the shirts that weren’t the trigger for my purchase! No reimbursement or voucher for the misleading conduct! And on top of that I received one of the shirts WITH THE SECURITY TAG STILL ON!!! wrote them an email and they replied saying I should send it back and I will ONLY GET A REPLACEMENT IF THE SHIRT IS IN STOCK!!! Sigh… CUSTOMER SERVICE is NONEXISTENT! Not buying from them ever again! If you like something on their website, chances are it’s out of stock!!! If you’ve done something to upset a customer what are you gonna do to get them to shop with you again? By their books…nada! How do I upload picture to show shirt with security tag on?

Very poor online service. Issues with three of my orders- first took weeks to arrive meaning it came too late for the event so I sent it back, given a gift card. second order took weeks to ship then they sent me the wrong dress and despite trying to follow up for weeks without a response despite me emailing and instgram messaging multiple times, I was told sorry out of stock now and refunded (to a gift card so no other option than to use it with their store.) Third order I thought third time lucky… well nope! Again three weeks radio silence, dresses not shipped. I followed up again and again to be told dresses now out of stock and refunded to gift card. Can’t use in store so have no choice but to use online but their online store is just shocking and their lack of customer support is shameful. They refuse to refund me given how much hassle I have been through. Office of fair trading my next stop. Stay away whatever you do!!!

One month after placing my order, I received an email advising I would receive a refund due to their inability to supply. I received a refund for the purchase price but not the shipping I paid. No response to my two follow-up emails. Might need to involved Consumer Affairs next.

I agree with the other reviewers. I contemplated ordering from their website for a long time and finallu took the plunge wheh they had 50 percent off. One week after i place my order.. still no news of shipping and no response to my query email which i have sent out twice.. waste of time and money

Do not order from their online site - they are not sending out the orders and not answering phone calls, emails, messages, etc - check out all the comments on their Facebook site. If I could give zero stars I would,

Same s**t as Dangerfield. They are same shops and incredibly sister shop of gorman.
Avoid this site, maybe you can shop offline, never online.
No dispatch, no response to your inquiry. Waste of time and money.
