First delivery went back to China, because Hermes was too stupid to find us at our address of 40 years. Hermes even admitted that they had screwed up. Second delivery worked and products are fine. All in all about 5 weeks of waiting, but company tried everything to help!

SCAM, trying to be legit I guess. My wife ordered newborn clothes for granddaughter. They just sent a bunch of random clothes that we didn't order. All too big. Probably just trying to get rid of overstock. Offered us a $5. credit on next order. That's not gonna happen!! Stay Away. - The reviews on their website are all BS.

What I ordered is exactly what I got. I ordered a couple elephant print outfits, the Snuggle this Muggle sleep sack and the Howdy Partner. The color was perfect and the material butter soft. It took around a month to arrive and I may have been double charged so glad I used PayPal to dispute the charge. Not sure if it was this company or another location. I wanted to order some toddler outfits after seeing the nice quality but they didn't have any boy outfits bigger than 18 mo.

This company is a complete scam. The day after I purchased from this company I had another 2 unauthorised payments come out of my account. I had to cancel my card and issue a new one. Complete scam of a company. I’m now disputing trying to get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I just received my order today. I'm so happy, the quality is 10/10 absolutely beautiful. I bought bigger sizes for my grandson who is due January 2023 because you don't know how big or small so I would rather have a larger size. I will definitely be buying more outfits from this company I think it may have taken a few weeks to arrive but I'm not in a hurry I'm in a remote town in Queensland.

I would give zero stars if I could! Worst company! What you see is NOT what you will get! Customer service is NOT good. You will spend more time trying to get what you ordered then it's even worth.

I was worried after reading reviews about delays in getting orders. I received my order in 11 days and the outfits are adorable. Great deal! Buy 3 get 1 free. 8 little outfits for $54.

I placed a order back in April I never received any items . This company scams everyone !!!! Buyer Beware .

Items never showed up. They continued to send me emails with more steps to follow. After the 3rd email with no resolution, I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges. I would have been happy with a refund or reship the missing items. Very disappointing

The goods were in delay so I contact them. They has been very kind and send me the details of my order.I was worried because of the other rewiews but instead everything arrived Yesterday good fabrics and all ok. I think the waiting Is caused of the distance very big. Thanks

i ordered 1/2/2022 and i paid for it to be here within 4-8 business days and still have not received anything when i contacted them about it they said that i would just have to wait and there was nothing they was goin to do about it they was very rude about all of it i do not recommend getting anything from them i am glad i paid threw paypal cause i am feeling like this is a scam will be gettin money back but please do not order from them they do not care about what you paid or when you ordered it im not even certain i am gettin anything that i ordered

ps you can find the same outfits on amazon found that out a little late but hopefully this will help someone

I am just so upset right now.. I went on there website and found some really cute clothes for my new granddaughter.. never did I think to read the reviews before I made my purchase so now I’m kicking myself in the ass for it.. just by reading all of the reviews I know that I got scammed.. how do people live with themselves knowing that they are out here doing this to families.. NEVER AGAIN.. but I can promise you one thing I WILL get my money back…

SCAM!!! I've been waiting for my items for over 2 months and I have contacted them many times and they have not tried to resolve anything all they want is you money hopefully.no one else falls for them!
I have reported their Facebook page as everyone else will hopefully do as they have a sponsored page that people fall for!
