We’ve just had our boiler serviced by Primus Heating and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish the customer service was excellent — professional, friendly and incredibly respectful of our home.

The engineer was thorough, explained everything clearly, and the paperwork provided was detailed and organised, which I really appreciated.

It’s so reassuring to find a company that delivers such high standards across the board. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be using Primus Heating again.

Primus heating are friendly, reliable, trustworthy and know their stuff. Having been recommended to me by many friends and neighbours, they are my go-to for plumbing and heating. Our power shower pump died leaving us with no working shower. Jack came out within a couple of hours and fitted a new pump for us. He even explained that our previous (highly expensive) pump was overkill for our set up, so saved us a lot of money using a less expensive replacement. 7 months later when the shower stopped working, Jack was on the phone giving me tips to clear a probable airlock and again saved me money. All whilst reassuring me if we didn't get it sorted he'd come and fix it. His tips worked. They're definitely a company you can really trust.

Just completed a full installation of a boiler & central heating for me. Jack was extremely quick to provide a quote and schedule in the work, and the team were polite and considerate at all times. Really happy with the work done, would recommend!

Jack responded promptly to my email request with estimate of costs and quickly arranged a suitable time for the work. I required fitting of a replacement of the digital processor for our shower. The processor was under the bath. I had already purchased the new processor myself. Harry and Dan from Jack's team arrived on time, were very tidy and worked quickly and well. They were easy to chat with and discuss our needs and very helpful in sorting out our problems. Very much recommend.

When we needed help with our boiler that had failed during a very cold period Primus Heating came to our aid on the same day as calling, resolving issue within 3 days noting other companies were quoting days before they could come out.
They were very professional and helpful keeping us informed of progress as they progressed in replacing our boiler. Would I use them again - yes.

I have used Primus Heating a few times over the last year for jobs ranging from an emergency boiler replacement to a new home owners plumbing and heating survey. In all instances Jack and his team have been superb. They are highly skilled, responsive and conduct themselves in very professional and respectful manner. Highly recommended.

Jack and the Primus team have done work for us many times and we’re really happy with their work and approach. When our boiler stopped working they were around promptly, swiftly diagnosed the problem and had new parts fitted double-quick and the boiler back in use. They also fixed the immersion that hadn’t worked since we moved in. More recently Jack gave us great advice on a major refit/extension including a whole new heating/hot-water system.

Finally, a shout out for integrity. Faced with a slow-leaking radiator valve I didn’t hesitate to call Jack. He told me he could come out to fix it, but there would be a fee for what would be a small job. Instead, he told me what the issue was likely to be and talked me through fixing it myself – which worked just fine. Another plumber might have instead come around and charged me a full hour for a small job. That’s integrity; it’s why I’ll always call Jack/Primus and will recommend them 100%.

Excellent service from Jack at Primus Heating. After a prompt and professional repair to our shower we asked him to check the plumbing at the house we were buying. He provided clear advice on what works and what might need improving. Then when we moved in there was no hot water, but a 5 minute video call was all it took for him to show us how to get it working. Will definitely use again!

I would normally avoid personal recommendation for a company, however, we were highly impressed at the level of personal care and consideration given during the installation of our replacement boiler.
The work was carried out in a very timely fashion, and our home was left clean and tidy.
We were kept well informed during the whole process, and felt confident that we were being well looked after!!
The majority of our installation was carried out by Dan, and he was amazing. It’s so refreshing to have tradesmen working in our home, without having to worry about where they are and what they’re doing!
