When your starting out turkey hunting Primos is a good place to start, or is used to be when Will Primos had control. The reasonable price of their items are very controllable when you start. As of late they have been bought out and the their integrity has left the building. The decoys are being replaced with no avenue to purchase replacement part, so I guess you will buy the new stuff and keep buying from them, I don’t think so, not in today’s market . I will not be purchasing from them and it’s sad they been great for so many years.

Primos products are typically well built. However, their customer service/support is terrible. Called their (800) 423-3537 customer support number 15-18 times over a 2-week period and only got through twice. The representative couldn't answer my questions and said someone would call me back by the end of the day on both calls. I've never gotten a call back. Sent an email with other questions and got only a "we received your email" reply...no reply with answers to my questions. Primos is now part of a larger conglomerate of companies with an extensive phone tree to listen to for customer service. Often my calls would go unanswered and get booted out of their system.

I purchased a Primos Autopilot trail camera. The clasp that locks access to the memory card and setup buttons broke. I only opened the unit 3 or 4 times before it broke off. Tried to email the company but their support request page will not accept emails from addresses outside the USA. I'm in Canada. I called them and was on hold for 3 hours. Finally talked to a customer service rep who took my information and promised to email me and advise what could be done to rectify the situation. Never heard back from them. I would not recommend their trail cams. Will not purchase from them again.

I contacted Primos Sept 5, 2024 about a switch on my Camera not working. After being on hold almost two hours (I left my phone on speaker phone and did my work) I finally talked to someone and was told it is under warranty and they would be sending me a new camera. In early October I tried to contact them again. In November I sent them an email December 15th I tried to call first thing when they opened and left a message for a call back. They transferred me two times and I again was put on hold way over two hours. This company does not want your business only wants to sell products.

Buyer Beware. I never review but after dealing with this company for years, selling and using there products, there customer service has tanked. I have been trying to get my electronic caller to sync and no one has contacted me. I have sent email, phone calls, facebook message, and nothing. They continue to tell me that they will contact me for the last 6 months and no has reached out. I have stopped selling this brand and will no longer purchase any of there products.

Ga peach turkey call was a waste of money , if I want to scare the turkey off I’d use this call .
I’m an avid turkey hunter and I have used primos products before had no luck with the trail cameras either … only a select few primos diaphragm are worth the money spent, the red or blue hook series are y’all’s best in my opinion stick to what works don’t sell low quality calls the hunter specialties are recommended above the GA peach diaphragm

Purchased two Primos lo glo 14mp trail cameras. The photos these cameras produce are NOWHERE near 14mp quality. Honestly, I would say these cameras are producing photos at more of a 1-2 megapixel quality. I have old Bushnell 6mp trail cams that produce infinitely crisper photos. Tried calling the support line, it directed me to the online submission page and then disconnected the call. I went to the online submission page and it wouldn't accept my submission, as I live in Canada and the page didn't adapt to the fact that we don't have zip codes here. Terrible product, impossible to access customer support. No thanks

I love companies like Vortex that stand behind their products 100% unconditional. primos is not one of those companies! I was using the stick as a makeshift walking stick while packing out an elk hindquarter. The leg snapped in half and sent me tumbling down a mountain! Thank goodness the elk hindquarter broke my fall or I would have definitely been more severely injured. Primos customer support said too bad and tough luck, and would not replace product or parts.

Terrible customer support. No response to emails. Stupid long hold times on calls, but we're "important" to them. All I want is to order some replacement parts for a hunting blind not mail the whole thing to them. I'd have more luck contacting China for their parts.

Ordered a couple replacement parts. They charged my credit card the day of the order. It has been 2.5 months and nobody can tell me when they will ship. I asked them to cancel my order. They still have not done that. Called back, now nobody can even find my order. I had to call my credit card company and stop payment. This Company has gone down hill and Wil Primos should be ashamed of himself for letting this happen. I will never order another Primos product as long as I hunt.

I order something from primos and they sent emails telling me where and when I had a question they answer rite away and told me everything I need to know.

As per usual I was not disappointed with my purchase from Primos. This call just adds to my arsenal for the always elusive turkey. Easy to use and sounds great. ( I guess we will see this spring😀)

Excellant service and superior products

Had my order quickly and it was exactly what I ordered.

can't wait till I get to use my new blinds. Fall seams like a long way off and the blind is here waiting to be tested.

Easy enough website and transaction with quick reply. They supplied a shipping code and the product arrived on said date. Look forward to using as a walking stick to my stand and sighting in on a 10 point in the fall. I may even use it to hike in AK In August and mount my camera on it.

Primos Hunting & Will Primos make & offer the absolute best game calls & hunting gear on the market. I order online from Primos.com & within 3-4 days my order has arrived. I wish I could tell Will Primos in person, Thank You. Than you for all you’ve done in your career to not just innovate & make the best calls & gear but for, through filming the Primos team’s hunts over the decades, bringing the most informative & honest hunts into my home on the tv screen. From the VHS tapes I bought as a child when I was trying to learn how to hunt up to today with the Truth tv series & the DVD’s. Will Primos taught me how to hunt, how to call & how to enjoy hunting. He made such an impression on me, more than anyone else. He taught me how sincerely thankful we all should be & how blessed we should feel to just be able to go hunting & be out there in God’s creation. I can’t say enough great things about Will Primos & Primos Hunting.
