This print is Beautiful!
The print is beautiful. The paper stock is really great. the swiftness of receiving my order was over the top in expectations. This is the first time I have used this company to print 500 postcards and overall it was a great experience. The only question or issue I had is that I thought I ordered one side uncoated but I cannot tell there is a difference. I had to change what I was using to write addresses with in order to make sure it would not smear. But this could possibly be my overlooking the details on my order. Over all I am satisfied with my experience and I will use this company again!

Easy, breezy, beautiful: Business Cards
I was really excited with how simple this process was. From start to finish, it was smooth and the quality of the cards is great! I got business cards with a velvet finish and it's subtle, but very nice. (:

Very pleased with the quality
Very pleased with the quality. VERY disappointed in the cost of "shipping" by regular USPS. I ship nearly every day in my business and shipping isn't anywhere near what you charge. If that charge is for shipping and "handling" (which means putting stuff in a box and have the UPS/USPS pick it up, at least say that.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We ship all orders via UPS, and their rates went up during Covid and have not gone back down. We do not increase our shipping rates and pass them along as quoted by the carrier. We also hope to see a decrease in shipping costs with all the major delivery companies in the near future.

5X the quality for a third of the price of other vendors
I found Primo Print while researching vendors for a personal project and ordered the free sample kit of their card stock. I was so impressed with the quality of the stock and colors that I ended up using them to order business cards for the company I work for - and they all came out perfect! You can even order the larger European sizes which look much better than the standard US sizes. Our cards are also 3rd of the price that is charged from other vendors in our area for 5X the quality. Will be using them to order other company collateral going forward. Thanks so much guys!

Quality product, Exceptional Staff
All staff were excellent and very helpful, even when I made errors in my order. Through several emails, they patiently helped me correct my ordering errors. In the end, my dog dock diving trading cards were EXACTLY what I wanted and were more stunning than I expected. Many thanks to everyone.

The extra time to receive the order was due to the weekend, which does not count towards production or shipping times. I understand that the order not moving through the UPS system over the weekend unintentionally made it seem like your order was delivered late, even when 2-day shipping was chosen. We have refunded the shipping cost as a courtesy and apologize that you felt your order was delayed.
