Primo Piano Cucine initially showed great customer service when I approached them to get my kitchen done. I selected a design, signed a contract, and provided a €1,000 deposit, with the understanding that the installation would take place by mid-May. They sent someone to take measurements as promised, but it took four weeks to receive a response regarding the progress. After those four weeks, they informed me that they could not proceed with the design I had chosen and deposited for. Consequently, I decided to cancel the project. Now, they are insisting on charging me 30% of the total cost for essentially not providing any service. They changed my design and presented me with a "take it or leave it" offer. I attempted to schedule appointments to discuss possible alternatives or solutions, but communication was difficult. Despite speaking English and Spanish, they offered no assistance. They were solely focused on keeping the €1,000 deposit. Therefore, my advice to anyone considering working with this company is to exercise caution and conduct thorough research. If they make changes to the contract or alter your design, ensure that the contract stipulates a refund in such cases, as they seem to prioritize their own interests. They did not make any efforts to accommodate my needs and simply held onto my deposit without providing any service or fulfilling the original design. Unfortunately, I can only give them a one-star rating, as zero stars are not possible, but the reality is that their services are unsatisfactory. They are more interested in taking advantage of customers. Please be cautious.
