no variety of movies, there are interesting series once in a lifetime. Not worth to be subscribed since also the shipping have changed and take a lot to receive objects.

Amazon Ripps Of Customers

The Amazon prime video ad free service is a complete rip off. Amazon still shows ads. Amazon is clearly ripping off prime members. We already pay for prime, and this is pure greed. Not to mention, Amazon makes it very difficult to contact customer service. Welcome to poor customer service, and greed.

The audacity of Amazon Prime…

The audacity of Amazon Prime strategists to force their customers to watch 3 commercials in a row on multiple occasions while watching one show is disgusting.

Hijacking ones thoughts should be a crime.

I am well past suffering through the modern commercial nonsense.

The result is, I no longer watch Amazon Prime.

I'm tired of corporate types thinking of the public as stupid.

Pay for adverts? You gotta be kidding!

Get Amazon prime video as part of my delivery subscription. I already pay for the privilege and now they expect me to pay more for the privilege or watch adverts?
No!
Bezos is rich enough already.
I've already cancelled Netflix as they cancelled a couple of good series on a cliffhanger and you now spend more time scrolling through to find something to watch than watching actual programmes. Video is included in my Prime delivery subscription or it would be going the same way.
On the plus side they tell you how long the ads are so you know how long you've got to put "mute" on and do something else. Like make a cup or tea (that's retro!) or write a negative Trustpilot review.
Hopefully when research shows advertisers that ads on prime don't generate more sales and just p people off they may prompt a rethink.

Gay Porn for my children????? WTF!

Today I experienced really hard stuff. I have 3 TVs in the house. Every of them has Fire TV connected as we use them for music, internet, apps etc.
You can not imagine my surprise and frustration when yesterday in the "Next Up For You" list of my recommended movies to watch I found "Pop Porn" gay movie.
I can't say that I am homophobic. I definitely say I am NOT homophilic. I have family and children. Everybody in my family watch TV and can see that. GAY PORN?!?!?! In the recommended list!
Please tell me what I should say to my children when they asks "daddy, why this black man is in his underwear?".
Should I throw out all my Fire TVs?

I pay a hefty premium that goes up…

I pay a hefty premium that goes up every year and yet I'm now watching 6 f'ing ads every time I want to watch one or two shows that come out worth watching. "Free Shipping" but they jack up the price to the same price I pay for shipping by buying something direct from a store. Where's the value? None.

NOT "Amazon Prime"

"Amazon Prime", More like Amazon Crap". they should be done for false advertising, The TV is now garbage can't find anything to watch from all the channels they're trying to sell, then theirs all the adverts. The sequencing is off program I watched episode 1 and episode 6 same episode. And prime next day delivery complete joke ordered an item on Prime day 9 October for next day delivery as soon as I paid for it delivery 15th or 16th this then became the 22nd or 23rd then the 30th or 31st October So I called them they told me it was at Hinckley if I wanted to pick it up, He told me to cancel order and reorder it at full price and I would possibly get it in the next few days. I cancelled the order and the guy said he was putting a £10 voucher in my account. Surprise, surprise he didn't even do that right. WELL DONE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👏

Nice one, like Bezo's needs more $.....Ad's on Prime? After paying for a membership....
Now they are getting longer?...No Thanks!.....I am also fed up with the garbage you now sell on Scamazon, I would rather pay a bit more from a reputable seller then pad a billionaires pocket shilling Chinese garbage.....I hope your company fails at some point, because you have failed us.

Amazon prime is ok but no grace…

Amazon prime is good but no grace period after subscription ends I live in Canada I used to love it but had bad luck on renewing Everytime it renews it cancels itself and it won't let me keep my benefits Beyond the renew date it not fair since Amazon charges 35 dollars instead of 25 dollars Canadian on item minimals on free shipping or delivery vs Amazon prime I hate Amazon prime and I wish they can extend my benefits longer Microsoft 365 and YouTube premium does that (30 days vs 3 days) for grace period after failed renew I wish Amazon gives free Amazon prime if they keep taking off my benefits I will go back to the states I wish theres competition in canada Walmart has walmart+ but it not exists in canada i wished Amazon can give me a grace period (at least 3 days) after failed renew instead of just making me pay it back please dont buy from amazon canada if you are low income

Your card can get hacked easily

So pathetic, I've been charged on the card by someone who has hacked in their system, so scary how many scams I don't they run, do not order anything from them as your card can get hacked and when you call them to inform they will not help as all the call centres and off shore and most of them don't even know the processes.

Military membership discount

As big as Amazon is, inflation shouldn't be their concern. As a military member, I feel Amazon should give us a discount on our membership. As a prime member, I think it started out like 80.00 a year. Now it is 150.00 a year. The service isn't really better. Having partner companies from China doesn't get our product here in 2 days. Unhappy with service and membership.

poor Prime video content

Prime video content is poor and getting poorer, while the prime subscription keeps increasing. And now they want you to pay more for removing ads, which are a new addition.

Explore your options …

Let me tell you a little bit about this garbage app. There was a tv show that I had shown particular interest in, and up until recently the show was included in my paid membership. So since I continually watched the different seasons prime decided about half way through that I should now have to pay for the remaining. So what am I paying the membership for?? About to go back to Netflix.
