amazing product. Could use more details on how to claim gifts
As a primeval labs alliance member. When placing my first order I was supposed to get a second2none shirt included. But the instructions didn’t mention that I was supposed to add the shirt to my cart in order to receive. It only stated to follow the link. I replied to customer service email and that’s when I was told that I had to add shirt to cart. I asked if anything could be done after the fact and am waiting to hear a response.
Products are AMAZING. just a bit unfortunate I missed out on this tshirt opportunity.
