Couldn't recommend Steve highly enough. From the first conversation he was attentive and took the time to really understand the situation rather than just jumping straight to a solution. He explained the full strategy clearly — what products to use, where to place them, and why — which gave me real confidence that the approach was right. Within a week the problem was effectively dealt with. Fantastic service, genuinely knowledgeable, and a great communicator throughout. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone.

We called Prime Target due to discovering rats in our sheds. Steve arrived super quickly and helped us deal with the problem. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped ease my concerns about poison and our animals. He visited twice more as part of our fee and checked in via messaging. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prime Target to others with pest issues (but I do hope we don’t need to call him out again as discovering rats wasn’t a nice feeling!)

Steve was great! I had a pest problem in my loft space in Biggin Hill. Steve came out the same day and fitted cameras and traps as required by law. He remained communicative via messages until the problem was resolved, upon which he returned promptly to remove all of the equipment. His price included the initial visit and 2 more to clear and reset traps. Despite the nature of the job, he is extremely caring of the animals and has a great deal of respect for them which was lovely to see because it is not a nice thing to have to do. Explained all the steps he'd taken and kept an eye on the cameras 24/7 so that any movement was seen and allowed him to see where the animals were entering the loft space. Genuinely nice guy too and local to Biggin Hill, Bromley, Orpington, Keston etc. Defo use again, hope I don't have a need to!

I found Prime Target Pest Control after noticing a few wasp nests in my loft. Steve came out at short notice and removed all five nests efficiently. He was very polite and provided excellent service.

Steve was professional, thorough and able to deal with my... ahem... hairy... situation with a very fast turnaround. Very good communication too, unlike some I contacted for quotes!

Steve responded immediately when I called regarding a rat that had come in my back door! He came on the same day I called. He really knew his stuff, gave me loads of advice and set up traps knowing exactly the type of behaviour we might expect from the rat. He stayed in touch daily and within a week, ratty was caught, Steve came back, disposed of him and normal life resumed due to Steve's prompt service. 100% recommend. Thanks Steve!

Steve attended our property at very short notice after we discovered squirrels in our soffits. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and had to work in a very confined space. He set up traps and a camera. He kept us informed on a daily basis, until the problem was resolved. He even attended on a Saturday evening due to a squirrel being trapped and not wanting it to suffer. I would thoroughly recommend him.

We recently had a wasps nest at our home and contacted Prime Target Pest Control for help. From start to finish, the service was outstanding.

Steve handled the situation with great professionalism and care. He clearly explained the process before starting, including what to expect and the dos and don’ts to ensure everyone’s safety and to prevent any incidents with the wasps. This really helped put us at ease.
