Purchased 25m roll of film. It arrived and is only 18m. Contacted them as I needed the purchased 25m. No reply to emails. An Indian lady rang me from prime solutions to argue about it. Telling me they don't believe me as it is done on weight. No contact since and never received the extra 7m. What happened to the customers always right. Here in NZ we don't argue with customers

I really don't like to give reviews like this, but I see that the Fragile tape is extremely poor quality and is advertised as quality; it tears how it should not and the colour is transparent, the colour black also comes off on the tape that's left on the roll. Extremely cheap product. And the communications have not been great, for example, there is no phone number. It says that you can send back the product at their cost if it is faulty and they are stalling on this like many business owners do not have time to sort out packaging tape issues - so I will not be dealing with this company again. What a waste of money $40. 5rolls

Great fast service got product within a couple of days

I am extremely disappointed in the product. It was not What was advertised as the product I was receiving. I was also very disappointed with how when I raised issues with the purchase that I was advised that it was my issue that the product was not what they claim to be selling. I will never be dealing with this company again and would advise viewing product before purchase to anyone else.

Purchased from a pic on their site, was not the product I received. Emailed to sort and got a phone call, had trouble understanding the person asked for an email response instead but they didn't listen so struggled through the call. Was not impressed with the call or the person - couldn't even spell my name correctly when they emailed. Was told I had to email and explain why the product was not the correct one - never struck that before, apparently telling them it was not what was shown in the pic and not what I ordered just didn't cut it.....so I sent the email and then nothing. Finally got a response from someone at the company, whoever they were they were efficient, sent me labels to return along with a tracking link once I had dropped them at NZPost and we got the product sent back and a full refund. I was disappointed that they had no explanation for the wrong product being sent and didn't seem to care that the picture was incorrect on their site. I would have only rated them with one star, the customer service person I dealt with last was their saving grace.
