Excellent product and good customer with some flaws
Excellent product and good customer service, however the ring was the wrong size and I had to spend $200 to adjust it, i did not have the time to send it back.
asked for ring size 5, received 4.75 and it did not fit properly.
Overall positive experience however caused me a lot of stress having to resize the ring, ill take some responsibility for my lack of planning however when you spend $1000 on a customized piece I would expect the right size.
