Very good company.Never out us down !Recommended

Currently taking this company to court. They delivered our stuff from Germany to UK, I made a couple of mistakes in distance and how high up the new place was in the UK which I had to pay for but their delivery skills are below 0. Broken TV, other electronic items and more, the owner Rocco has no customer service skills, struggles with the English language and now doesn't respond to any emails. Avoid at all costs. Don't risk it, no matter what price he offers.

Absolutely superb service. Both representatives were polite, very efficient and very understanding even as I'd made a mistake on the booking requirements. A credit to the company. Highly recommended.

They were extremely careful with all of my things including the rugs at the new property! It was a totally painless move and I would recommend them to everyone.

Initially I thought that since Mr Rocco was charging quite less and therefore the services would be below average. However, I was amazed at the quick and efficient services of his 2 workers, Mr Lawrence and Mr Martyn. Both of them ensured a smooth removal of goods within a span of approximately 4 hours (not including the car journey). It took us half a day to make the move which was very helpful. And it also helped that I had already packed my stuff in boxes. I could see that our things were not thrown around, rather sensitively put on the floor. Some of the boxes were really heavy considering that I am just a working professional. I would recommend their services to all working people like me who don't have any muscles!

Terrible Experience, be warned not to use this company. They collected full money and left the job half way done, the manager is an arrogant and rude person who is totally money driven and does not interested in quality customer relations. Had to hire other company last minute to finish the job they left. Just awful.

Can't recommend Andy and his colleague enough. What would have taken us a whole day took them about 1:20h (loading from 4th floor / no lift and unloading on ground floor). Thank you!

Great firm. Prime Removals moved my office which included too many boxes of books. Hard work but undertaken on a fair price. Honest, experienced and efficient. Would highly recommend.

I am writing to you as I have had a horrendous experience with one of the removal companies I hired from this website.The company in question is
ab4 removals which also trades as prime removals.
The removal of the furniture was fine.But because we were following up later that night we were unable to pay them in cash so they sent an email with an invoice attached which was fine.But they requested a bank transfer.I said to them that they would have to wait for 1 week as we had no internet connection everything was fine until this Thursday.Then I started to receive phone calls text and emails.Demanding payment or they will send the debt collectors round or they will pursue me in the small claims courts for the money.When I phoned them to explain to them I was working away from home and the internet would not be up and running until this Friday they come out with foul language. They even posted on my live face book page that I owed them money which is liable. I know taking legal advice.I have never been treated in such a manner before and you need to take this seriously and make sure this company never trades on your site again.

Professional, careful and reliable.

I used Prime Removals for my house move yesterday/ last night and they were great - able to accommodate my last minute booking for a very reasonable price and they arrived early and worked right through until after midnight until the job was done. They must have been tired after 8 hours of lifting up and down stairs but they were polite and courteous throughout - I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would use them again!

Excellent service! Arrived at set time, no problem lifting and packing the contents of our flat. They accomodated extra boxes that we forgot to estimate for. Delivered smoothly over a 350 mile journey. Very happy with the service and would happily recommend.

Completely untrustworthy. Appalling service, broke tv then refused to accept responsibility, aggressive, intimidating, refused to unpack van before all money was paid.

"We never saw tv working therefore we didn't break it". Unbelievable, complete cowboys

The guys who came to move us were excellent - fast, efficient, and probably most importantly extremely nice young guys, which is unfortunately not common with many movers. The price was good value especially for the quality and service we got from the movers.

The guys were in constant communication with us and were courteous and put everything where we needed it to be. Everything was moved with professionalism and everything was secured to a high standard.
