Cancelled a new order for absolutely no reason and i reordered on the phone and the labels are not ordered bc of an email that i never got to approve the order. disgustingly poor service. and you try to blame it on me!

Im not off to a good start but look forward to using the printer as I have heard great things. The printer arrived 3 days after scheduled delivery date. The packaging is terrible. The box is way too big and doesn’t secure the printer. For the cost of this equipment, I would expect better care in packing. The foam end caps were completely off of the printer. I hope it works when plug it in.

I had label printer issues and Primera was the on k y one who saw the problem. My computer guy followed I we'd yo I r instructions and got my label printer working again.

The fact that we get more communication from your survey request bot than an actual customer service representative is comical at best. Check our account notes and put it together yourselves.

I love Primera printers and had a fall out because one order for ink failed to arrive and I was bummed... Perhaps I overreacted when Primera explained they did send out a note about the cancellation and I failed to receive it.. not a major issue, just lost time in my work. I re-ordered and in two days I was back to full production.. Good call in the end from Primera
