shipping problems
unfortunately, the package never arrived -- seemed to be the shipper's fault not the vendor's, but both the vendor and shipper were virtually impossible to get on the phone so it was hard to address the isse. I have colleagues who used this service successfully and easilt but the experience was a bust for me.

Very efficient, good customer service
Very quick, easy and courteous. I got my results back 14 hours later, though you should of course allow for 24 hours. Easy to contact by phone or email with questions.
