I wasn't sure that PrimeLicense was…
I wasn't sure that PrimeLicense was legit but did a bit of homework (including looking at Trustpilot) and took the plunge.
On attempting to purchase Affinity Designer the website timed out so I tried again. Unfortunately the first attempt had actually worked so I ended up paying twice.
I quickly found the PrimeLicense WhatsApp details and started typing a message asking for a refund. As I pressed send I saw an email come into my mailbox saying the purchase had been refunded. Support simultaneously responded to my WhatsApp to say they noticed I'd purchased twice and had processed the refund.
The fact they noticed and immediately refunded the second payment is amazing. The speed of response on WhatsApp (being pretty much instant) was also fantastic. I have downloaded the product and it works fine.
I would definitely recommend PrimeLicense.
