First time buying off of a website that wasn’t amazon and I’m so glad I did because I’m in LOVE with this jacket! The quality of it is outstanding. I’m going to wear this so much! I also emailed because I was worried since it was my first time buying off a different website, but I quickly got an email back reassuring me that I will get my jacket and I did and I am in love with it!!! Thank you so much!!!

I ordered the Taylor Swift jacket. The structure of the jacket was quite nice, but the sequins and material were disappointing. There was nothing wrong with it per-say, but the quality was not up to the standard that I would have expected for such an expensive piece of clothing and did not match the listing. I reached out to support and received an immediate response offering a remedy. I politely declined their initial proposed resolution and asked to return the jacket for a full refund and they promptly agreed. I will update the review if I don't receive the refund, but from my experience - the customer service is responsive and helpful if you are not satisfied with the product.

Ordered the Dunkings track suit, unfortunately it didn’t fit correct but that was on my part for not ordering the correct size. Their customer service department was top notch & the clothes were excellent as well.

I recently purchased the Ben Affleck replica jacket from his movie, The Town with the Boston Bruins Logo from Prime Jackets. The quality of this jacket was better than we anticipated. The only problem was my boyfriend is quite muscular in the shoulder and chest area so the fit was a bit too tight. We immediately reached out to Prime Jackets to see if we could exchange it for a larger size. The size we requested was not readily available but they worked with us to customize a larger size for him. We just were informed the jacket will be on its way in a few days and I can’t wait to see him proudly wearing it. Thank you SO much for everyone we have worked with at Prime Jackets to make this a seamless experience. I highly recommend them for your next purchase.

Jacket size is 2 sizes too small and the wrong color. Doesn't match what is in the picture. They want to refund me 65% of my total, but still waiting for that.

The company kept me informed along the process of my order. They are proactive and care about the customer. My grandson loves the McQueen jacket. I would buy from them again.
