They r doing great job in terms of online ordering system, payment processing, order confirmations, but the most important thing that impressed me great was their customer service, they responded positively even in night times in Pakistan, i did not expect response on Pakistani number on whatsapp but they helped to my concerns, a positive online gift business in Pakistan for people from abroad... i recommended them to some people in my circle, and they appreciated the recommendation.

It seems like if you're in Pakistan you'll get better service than in the UK. I have emailed and sent messages on Facebook messenger regarding an item still not received after almost 2 months which wasn't cheap. How else can I get a response from this company? I try to support small companies where I can, but this is discouraging.

I used this service in Oct 2021 to send fruites basket &flowers to Lahore and faisalabad. I am abroad. The service was excellent, reliable and affordable. They also coordinated with me on whats app for tracking delivery service. Very happy and will order again.

I was only came across to this website for low price gifts in Pakistan as I was to just send a two dozen roses bouquet to one of my old friends, this site was only offering this service at $14.99 only and this was reasonable to me but the amazing things started when the order and payment process was so simple, they kept me updated about whole the progress on my order and final I received very positive feedback from my gift receiving friend and I think this is top of everything when gift can give smiles to one who receives.

I always ur service to send gifts to Pakistan, and you are really best for delivery of everything, for food, for cake, for flowers, and personalized items, I request you to please start cash on delivery service too.
