I called to ask about placing an order. The gentleman was very professional. He heard me talk and said if you can't understand my accent let me know. I am from America and he is from India. With that professionalism alone I will deal with this company, but I digress, he explained answers to my questions with ease and my order was correct and ordered and second time.
