Wrong model and vague answers!
The first issue was with delivery. The package was shipped via DHL with a confirmed delivery date, but it never arrived on time. This was especially frustrating as I had paid extra for expedited shipping. To make matters worse, I later received a notification saying the delivery had been rescheduled at my request—something I never asked for.
The second problem was with the product itself. I ordered a Samsung S23 Ultra (model SM-918B) as advertised on Amazon.de. Instead, I received model SM-S918U1, which is intended for the US market. From my understanding, this version may have limited compatibility with European frequency bands and supports only one physical SIM plus an eSIM, rather than two physical SIM cards. The seller, PrimeHub Store DE, admitted they had sent the wrong model and offered a replacement. However, their responses were vague—they would not confirm the exact model and specifications of the replacement unit.
Due to this lack of clarity, I requested a refund, which Amazon.de processed promptly.
