It was very difficult to find a coach to hire in July so we were pleasantly surprised to discover Prime Coach Hire at a reasonable cost, with a helpful driver and excellent service. I would recommend this company.

Worst company with zero customer service. Really bad, unprofessional and rude driver. Hired company to do a shuttle service between event hall and car park a 2 minute drive. The number of hours contracted and paid for was 4hours. Driver did 1hour and started demanding for more money. When this was not forthcoming he left. The company has refused to respond to my messages. Well this is not going to be the end of it.

I see prime coach has replied but avoided mentioning that I explicitly told them that this was a SHUTTLE service. You have also not mentioned anything about charging for 4hours and only doing 1.5hours. You also failed to mention that I have a written affirmation from you that you checked with MANAGEMENT about what was required and was OK with it. You cannot change the terms of a contract midstream and demand more money when you have not fulfilled the original contract.

Found this company extremely unprofessional obtained quote agreed this cost then suddenly they want to increase the price as they have suddenly got to change mini bus. This is extremely poor service when within literally few minutes I replied with details they wanted to pay deposit they suddenly went silent for hours when I chased as waiting to confirm they want to increase price by substantial amount completely wasted my time. Following reading reply my request initially request did not change a single thing and I did not request 2 extra drops at all. I have all messages and is exactly why this review stays. Your response is blatant lie

We came with a VIP group in London last week after a really late and urgent request for a professional retail tour. All was perfect from the availability to the driver flexibility and communication! I recomand :)

Thank you to Mo who drove us from London to Brighton, then back again! He was very friendly and let us choose music (he might have regretted that by the end of the trip😂). We asked to change our meeting point to suit us better at short notice and he done so without a problem! Definitely recommend!

I booked a return journey to Brighton from London for a hen party. I couldn’t get hold of the company on the morning of the booking after calling multiple times but I managed to find the driver parked nearby. Mo was a brilliant driver, friendly and very accommodating. I got his number and was able to communicate with him easily throughout the day. We played music and drank on the minibus and had a wonderful day!

I got the night bus London to Paris return (Wednesday 4th October out and the 10th back). The driver was so friendly and helpful. The coach was comfy and the toilet worked.

Very Bad company.
We are agency and i book with them transfer from airport to city. I book and pay for minibus 22 pax, they send 2 minivan old, dhirty and without air condition.
Also the transfer back to airport the same.
They didn't advise me or client for the change.
2 minivan are cheaper then bus.
Iask them few times to refund the difference, they sayd not possible.
Never i work with them again.
Normally a serious company say "ok for the next order i give you 50% discount"

Our booking was easy, the pre-information was timely and thorough.
Questions were handled promptly and thoroughly, including going out of their way to help us with some hard to get reservations.
The transfers were perfect and done with a high class Mercedes vehicle.
Will be rebooking again very soon !😄😄
