Mo was very nice and at first responsive, but now I haven't been able to get a hold of him. I've only really lost money, the first TikTok store is permanently disabled, the Amazon store was disabled a several months ago and no one will answer me anymore. The walmart store ordered inventory a couple of months ago and nothing seems to be happening there. Over all in nearly a year I've spent over 70K for everything including the license and inventories and I have made back less than 500. I still have hope though that maybe things might improve and I can give a glowing review.

Super grateful to have met mo and the team at prime. Awesome group of people, and very professional. My stores finally started taking off a few months ago and it has been great to see. Highly recommended!

I looked into over 10 similar amazon store management companies before deciding on prime. They just seemed the most legit out of all the people I spoke with. Clear communication and realistic timelines/deliverables. I spoke with the owner as well which was nice, considering most others wouldn't even give you the time of day, besides the sales rep. The service on the inside has been great as well. Results were as expected. There were a few delays during the early parts due to amazon verification processes, but smooth sailing otherwise.

I've had a great experience with prime automation so far! The team has always been great with communication, and my store, though still fairly new, is doing really well. Excited to see where things go!

I couldn't be happier with my Amazon store through Prime. After 17 months of being live on Amazon Seller Central, I just cracked 20k/month in profit!!

This store has changed my life. I could leave my 9-5 job and focus on building an investment portfolio. I can also travel the world and spend more time with my family.

The team is excellent in communication and they're showing me the pathway to build a Walmart store to compliment my Amazon store.

I’m very pleased with Mo and his team through Amazon. They are very transparent, professional, and always check in with me on updates and questions that I might have. What I appreciate the most is that they’ve fixed my store and have set it to become profitable in the 2024 year.

In 2023, I spent my time and efforts setting up an account through another team that was supposed to manage my account and set my store in place for success. After almost a year of frustration, I reached out to Mo for help with my Amazon store, to which his team had fixed the back office kinks through the Amazon site and had everything up and running a few months into 2024. In the first month that the store was up and managed through Mo and his team, my store was so successful that it had sold out of inventory before the month finished. The team handled all of the account management though Amazon; sales, returns, customer requests, etc.

What is most exciting for the year ahead is that we now have plans in place to grow the account and to cover my investment that I had placed back in 2023 through a different team.

Don’t waste your time with any other team out there, Mo and his crew are very professional and know what they’re doing- they would never steer anyone wrong. This is a team with high standards and grounded values to take care of you.
