Terrible experience. I bought 3 big lols for my nieces and they are all fake. I then asked to return, I oay the return to China, the confirmed the received and told me they would redund me, but they never refund me. I lost 250.00 + 70 dollars for shipping back to china. Big scam. I’m hiring a laywer to sue them.

I BOUGHT $300 WORTH OF STUFF and lol dolls for my daughters and its all FAKE.

This place cause it can't be a company is full of crap. Took my money no delivery. Had the nerve to go on a darn week vacation and since they did no delivery. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

I would like to tell you about my terrible experience with Prime4 Choice with a purchase I made through Facebook.Purchase was done on Nov 10 2017.Paypal payment was taken out on Nov 17 2017 and toy was shipped on Dec 10th 2017. I was given a tracking number for China Post and to date they have no record of receiving this article.Emails to the company keep telling me to be patient.I think they are scam artists.I will never order from them again and I hope people can be warned of how they operate.I was reading other reviews and see the fingerling that I ordered is a fake.

Multiple purchases made and only 1 received. I am not only unable to get my money back from them but I do not even have the products. Over $100 spent without anything to show for it. They say their tracking shows delivered. I have no way of proving items were not delivered so we are not happy with the company. I still want the product more than the money but that will not happen. I have never been so disappointed with an online order or customer service.

I, too, ordered items for Christmas on December 5th. I did not receive the merchandise until February 10th. The stuff I did finally receive was crap. I reversed the charge on my credit card and sent the junk back to China. It cost me $35 which was more than the actual merchandise, but I just wanted the crap out of my house.

Prime4choice.com is the BIGGEST rip off don't waste your money. I was guaranteed delivery of monkeys by Christmas, never arrived so cancelled. After Christmas and after cancelling them I got the fake monkeys. What a waste and good luck getting your money back. Lesson learned. Dont waste your time with them! Never got my money back either. big fat F- for them

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! They are now 38$ richer, thanks to my bank account and 2 sad girls. I ordered two monkeys in November-“guarantee Christmas delivery”-after THREE EMAILS, 38$, children’s tears-NOTHING. NEVER buy from a company without a contact number. Lesson learned. PRIME 4 CHOICE STINKS

Same problem as everyone else. I ordered on Nov. 22 with express shipping to get fingerlings for Christmas for grandkids. I contacted (email) to find out what happen to package. The only way to get in touch is email. The day after Christmas they sent email stating they were processing order. The next day it shipped out. I responded by letting them know I no longer needed item as I had to go out and get grandkids something else for Christmas. I kept asking for refund or at least the express shipping refunded. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund only to receive auto responses that my order has shipped. I have yet to receive a real human response. I finally received my knock off items today 1-5. Do not order from this company.

They sent me a fake fingerling after waiting 2 months to get it!! So frustrating, never again would I buy anything from them.

Biggest Scam Company EVER. They provided me tracking that doesnt exist, tried to say they cannot refund packed or sent orders. The thing is i requested the refund 4 days after the purchase when it didn't express ship. 18 days later I canned response from a Support Cannned Response email that my order has shipped I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund only to receive auto responses that my order has shipped.
They shipped the order 18 days later when I paid for express shipping. I have yet to receive a real human response. Oh and I have yet to receive anything. Biggest Scam Company EVER.

Side note: The four good reviews are employees using google translate to try to save business. Terrible.

This company is a scam. I too ordered Christmas gifts the beginning of November Still no items and it is the 27 of December. LOL they tell me to be patient. I said your weren't patient when you took my money. I cannot find a phone number or any other way of contact other than emails/messenger
I am reporting this to consumer affairs.

Completely dissatisfied with prime 4 choice website. this company is a total scam do not trust or order anything from this site. like many others I ordered and paid for fingerlings on the 1st nov for grandchildren for Christmas from this site. Items still haven’t arrived it is now 26 dec. the tracking does not show where products are at and which company they are being delivered by. I have tried to contact the support team and the responses are almost automated and do not answer my direct questions. I have tried to check what company is behind this website and have not been able to find a company name address or phone contact. I now believe this site is a total scam and plan to report to consumer affairs . Shoppers be warned I cannot emphasise enough do not trust this site.

I placed an order on Nov 19th for a christmas toy. I sent 3 emails requesting tracking information. Finally, recieved the toy today on December 22nd damaged. The box is bent, ripped and completely open at the bottom exposing the toy. Toy is damaged and is fake. I have tried contacting and cannot get a response. Do not order, this company will take your money and run.

I ordered a fingerling item months ago from Prime4Choice, and paid for two week shipping. I got a reply from them the first time I questioned them. After that they wouldn't even reply to my emails. It has been more than eight weeks and the item still has not arrived. Can't get a response to get a refund. I have emailed numerous times and they will not reply. I also saw another site selling and using the same exact advertising under another Prime name. I do not recall the full name of the other site. I am extremely po'd right now. I will never buy from this site again and will frequently let people know what a scam they are.

Will never purchase anything from Prime 4 Choice again ! Waited 8 weeks & 10 emails only to finally receive my fingerlings damaged! Now I have sent 6 more emails asking for a refund to no avail! I believe this company is nothing but a ripoff to the consumer! Buyer beware do not order from here!

Placed an order for 8 fingerling monkies on Nov18.Paided extra for shipping so they woulfd be delivered in 2 weeks.well those 2 weeks passed and so I began emailing them with the same "checking into it' response every time. On Dec8 I got a message saying they were sent.Now Dec 22....still waiting! This company stinks!!!!!

In same position, ordered fingerling monkey over 6 weeks ago and tracking says it has not been shipped yet. Have asked for my $ and no response - have sent 3 emails so far. Will have to ask my credit card to cancel.

Don't buy from this company brought a fingerling and other stuff for grandson that really wanted on for Christmas and payed extra to get it here and it's been over a month going to take them to small claims court if they don't respond in the next day or so
