Top quality product and service

I have ordered from this company on 2 occasions. The quality of the product is amazing. Super tasty and great texture. Far better than other brands I have tried so a similar product. It’s great the have such a range of flavours! Caramel is my personal favourite! Will def order again 😃

Protein Pancakes

I was a massive fan of the Nano Supps Protein Pancakes but haven't been able to get hold of any in the UK for quite some time. Stumbled across the protein pancakes from PrimaLife via a Google search and WOW! They're even better than the ones I was looking for. Favourite flavours have to be the Caramel and the Vanilla.
Customer service is 5* too.

Brilliant - products & customer service

I order every 7-10 days with PrimaLife & have done for quite a while. Their protein pancakes are honestly a Godsend since the Nano products have been discontinued throughout stores in the U.K. The products are always of a very high standard, absolutely delicious, & the customer service has always been excellent! Any issues have always been down to delivery which is seldom the fault of PrimaLife. When I’ve experienced any difficulties, I have always contacted the company directly & have conversed with Serhat who has always been brilliant with replying promptly. He has gone over & above on many occasions & always ensures I am 100% satisfied with any resolution offered. If products are out of stock, I have always been notified & offered alternatives. I will continue to order these protein pancakes & I really recommend them!

Very bad customer service and their…

Very bad customer service and their moral of the job is to sell and not help with life insurance. I would never affiliate with this company again. They will kept on calling until you feel distressed. I have made a complaint also.

5* Customer Service!

Having searched high and low for the Nano Protein Pancakes I came across Prima Life who offered a pick and mix selection which is amazing for a start as everyone likes variety! After placing my order yesterday, one of the team had emailed me in regards to some of my chosen flavours being out of stock (completely fine it happens) I have honestly never received such amazing customer service - I was informed that my order may be delayed due to my chosen flavours not being available but they where awaiting delivery either today or tomorrow (again fine I’m in no rush) first of all amazing for letting me know what’s happening with my order, not only did the team keep me up to date but have offered next day delivery as well as some free goodies! I am one happy girl! Thank you so much Prima Life! I can’t wait to receive my items!

avoid bad customer service

ordered two tubs protein online only sent one out, so emailed no response at all .......customer services no help what so ever and as it shows the parcel as been delivered !!! not will to help just advised that had been posted out, so have lost out on £30+ will not use again. AVOID

Avoid this company !!

Avoid this company. Nobody response to e-mails. The parcel should be within 3-5 days. I waiting almost two weeks and ..... nothing :(

update :
Today morning I sent @ to PrimaLife requiring return the money or answer where is my parcel. A few minutes ago they just send me the money back - without any explanation.

PATHETIC, HORRIBLE and ARROGANT EMPLOYEES AND SO CALLED MANAGER

​Scitecdirect has been one of the Pathetic and disgusting company I have dealt with.
I ordered for a protein product worth £68 on Feb 28 from their website ​​Which had 3 flavours vanilla, raspberry and chocolate. 2 hours post ordering a perso​​n name Gian send me a text msg mobile no looks like a personal phone 07714261332 and the msg quotes, Hi Lloyd, its Gian from scitec direct in regards to your order with scitec nutrition unfortunately we do not have whey isolate 4000g chocolate in stock we have in the following flavours vanilla and banana, I hope this helps. They called after the text msg which I missed and I called them up and ch​​ecked why did they have it as yes in stock and they mentioned it was an error he then told me it will take longer to ship the product as they need to order it from the factor or they can ship the 2 products they have. I told them I haven’t tasted the other 2 flavours and by when will I get this product and I was told by him on 06th March it will be shipped and you will receive on the 07th of March. I said ok and informed him that I will call on 06th to check whether it was dispatched or no and he said yes I can call and check.
Today I get an email from them stating we refunded your order because unfortunately that product is not available in factory at the moment. I called up the same number from which I received a call 2 days back. I spoke to Gian as he was the same person who I spoke last time. I asked him why did he refund the money as firstly I have already gone ahead and paid out my outstanding balance and now my balance is 0 and secondly why dint the call me and inform me that its going to be delayed as I was ok waiting and I just wanted to know how long will it take and a day when it will be dispatched. I told him I would have also gone for other flavour as I had checked with my fren and they had told me the other flavours are good as well. Gian told me he is from dispatch and only follows his managers instruction and it was his manager Serhat who decided for a refund without checking with me. I could hear 2 people speaking and so I checked who was the other person on the call and the other person mentioned Why do you want to know who is on the call you have been so nasty. I told him off course I am disturbed with this kind of service and I have the full right to know whom am I speaking to and if he does not want to give his name he should be on the call. They both started intimidating me. After pursuing he told me his name is Yuri. At this point I told them I want to speak to their manager if he had taken the decision and they both advised managed stepped out 20mins ago and if I want I can call back at 3pm. I said I will not call and then they informed me that the manager will call back. At 2:42pm I received call from 07714261332 and the person who spoke to me mentioned he the manager for Scitecdirect. His name is Serhat which he told me after 15minutes of the conversation. He was so pathetic and disgusting as a manager and not sure how he is even a manager. I asked him hopefully the calls are recorded and he mentioned I cannot give the information out and I told him as per right to information act I need to know, he then said send me an email and I will reply and his email reply came back as our calls are not recorded. He was so aggressive on the call and kept defending his employees and mentioned the reason there were 2 people of the call is because sometimes employees go on break or on holiday so we have 2 people on the call which did not make any sense to me. Later he said I will check this internally. Then he mentioned that as a gesture he will send me a free sample and a protein bar if I order the product again. I told him i was in the hospital and I cannot order it today and to call me later or else I will order it tomorrow. He kept on persuading me to order and gave me different options to order right now inspite of me telling him I was in the hospital, he said everyone has their own personal circumstances. I wanted to speak to his manager and He told me there's no one above him and he is the boss of the operations and they are dealers for Scitec Nutrition. He was so aggressive on the call and I told him to hang up as I dint want to have any conversation with him. He still kept on talking and only after warning him about calling the police for harassment he hung up the call. I will advise all consumers not to deal with the website and to order it from other websites as my personal opinion is this company has no values, ethics and above all decency to speak to customers.
