When you discover why you really can’t be lax getting your boiler serviced !!, I assumed it was like a car maybe, and it was fine for 3 years, then you get an MOT and service every year after that. Plus with the current cost of our utilities it felt like another financial burden and unnecessary expense at a time where my utility bills are so bad I can barely use the heating nowadays until it’s well below zero outside. So when the heater controller decided it would display every LCD at the same time I couldn’t tell what the readout was saying. It still worked, as in if you increased the temp it would eventually come on, you just couldn’t tell what temp you’d set it to !! I rang them and the first question was when did you last have it serviced and embarrassingly I had to admit I hadn’t, not since it was fitted 3 years previously. The unit was still under warranty but they weren’t responsible for it, they explained they’re a 3rd party supplier and didn’t do warranty claims for the ancillaries and that I would have to contact them for an exchange unit. (It would be the same for the boiler itself, for that matter, it may have a 5 year warranty but I’d have to contact Worcester Bosch themselves, who would arrange for a repair by their engineer) so I rang EPH and they seemed unwilling to provide a replacement but they explained it was easy to replace if I purchased one. (I don’t recommend you bother though as their is no warning that it’s a 50p/£1 a minute line, and outside my premium ‘unlimited’ mobile contract, so it will cost you a small fortune and by the time you’ve spent a hour on the phone with them you may as well just buy one. I don’t condone not getting ur statutory rights but It felt like I’d end up paying more so I just did a quick google. . I bought a new one on Amazon for £64, if I had had time to shop around I probably could have got it cheaper (and if I hadn’t rung EPH I could have saved £15-20 in phone charges !!) so I booked a service and the engineer just swapped it over for me during the service and all is good now. (Really simple 10 second job) I have to say PrimaEnergySolutions are a friendly and competent company who are happy to help and I can recommend them, for fitting or servicing your boiler.

Prima did fantastic job with internal insulation and extractor fan uogrades. Their team were very courteous, clean and did fast job. Office team provided constant support and updates which really helped as I had children around. Thanks Prima for warmer house!

Prima energy were fantastic from start to finish. The staff and management kept me well informed and upto date throughout the entire process and carried out all the works with minimal disruption.

I had never had central heating before, the guys did a great job and made it so much easier to warm the house!

I recently had internal wall insulation, room in roof, new fans and heating control upgrades were done by Prima Energy Solutions. I am very happy with the whole experience and all jobs were explained to me from the start.

Very good professionals, Azeem has five boiler installation to our house. Very nice and competent.

The company are great from a organisational and customer service point of view for example head of office will ring me on a regular basis to check up on the work and make sure the staff provide a great customer and remain on task. The Gas engineer Azeem and his Apprentice were great at providing regular update of the job and regular walk throughs to showcase their work and any changes that I want to make,

Amazing service from start to finish . Management kept me up to date with everything and couldn’t do enough for me. I’m not the easiest customer , but prima did everything possible to accommodate my needs - down to replacing my old coving which looks more original than the original !!!! absolutely outstanding!
As a semi community leader I've been involved in many projects, and I must say, this is the closest to a perfect experience ive had with builders / plumbers etc!
The work is still in progress yet I felt compelled to write a quick review. To be honest I like to start with the negatives but other than being late a few times ( which i was informed about ) there aren't any negatives. The team is very professional and competent. I'm being kept upto date with everything and prima energy solutions have honoured everything promised. So far.
I will be sure to write a full review once all works has been completed.
