Don't Bother

Their verification is a nightmare...They make you print out a whole form and take a selfie with it after hand-writing it in. On top of that, you need to send ID and power bill and a picture of your card if you use one. I didn't even bother trying to withdraw my freebie winnings or do a verification deposit at all. There are just too many other options out there that don't make you go through all that unnecessary KYC. For US users, try Bovada, Stake.US, Ignition, roaring 21, Yabby Casino, Aussie Play, all of those get at least 4 stars from me.

Avoid this site!

What started off as a relatively good experience turned into a fairly crappy one. I opened this account in April 2020, and just made my first deposit last Friday with a 300% bonus, 40x rollover, no max cashout. I hadn't deposited here because of their bonus terms being entirely too stringent, $5 max bet per spin, etc. The games were hitting good, I made the rollover, cashed out with about $1000. Then comes the KYC. Sent everything in, was told 24 hours for the KYC to be completed. I asked if I could just set aside my money, put in in w/d status pending. I was told yes, only to have it rejected and put back in my account citing the KYC's are done Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 London time. Again, I asked a support rep and he said no problem, put it in w/d status. Again, it was rejected, and the rep I talked to was very rude. Their site advertises "lightning fast Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals." Not the case. Delay tactics anger me more than anything. I would NOT recommend this site to any of my casino patrons, and certainly not to any patron who deposits. Extremely angry about this casino.
