Absolutely atrocious
Brought 3 packets after the write up from dragons den but would not accept any returns even though they were not open
Not very good for a lady going through the menopause and made me put on weight as opposed to losing it
Unfortunately, another scam

RUBBISH! I have been having a dispute with them as they talked me into getting the 2 packets to reach my goal,I sent for them and they arrived,I caught covid and was quite poorly so was unable to start them,I have now taken I 30 put and followed exactly what they said and exercising regularly,not 1lb lost!so I decided to contact them,all they did was make excuse after excuse,eg not everybody react the same eg hormonal etc,I asked why they don’t advise people before buying the product,and not telling them they need ex amount of packs to reach there goal!they cannot refund after 14 days of purchase even though I sent them proof of covid on my nhs app,what I don’t understand Amazon gives you a refund after 30 days don’t make sense,these people need to be stopped taking innocent peoples money! I have told them I am now taking legal advice! So be warned !

Did not work for me. Followed the few instructions and have not lost any weight at all. In my opinion it is a con and would not advise anyone to buy. Wish I took note of other reviews.

Absolute rubbish and a complete waste of time and money. A total scam. I bought two lots of tablets and did not experience any weight loss whatsoever. Do not waste your money. This product should be removed from the market.

I have been on them for almost 2 months. And am heavier than I was when I started - how does that happen? Really sad because I felt this was my chance to lose the extra weight I had put on after having a baby. Not sure why I didn’t check the reviews on here, I suppose it was a rose-tinted glasses moment reading all the “success” stories and positive reviews. I debated getting in touch with them about why I hasn’t worked / what I’m doing wrong. But now I have just seen these reviews, it’s not even worth the hassle.
Sorry everyone - but they most definitely haven’t worked for me, and have left me out of pocket in the process!

This product doesn't work, don't get caught out. After several emails to trace my order it finally came. No information leaflet, no list of contents. Taken them and haven't lost any weight whatsoever.

I bought two boxes. THEY DON'T WORK - BEWARE! They took well over two weeks to arrive, which took me outside my refund window! And the official website say's it takes 8 - 12 weeks for it to work, so I gave it one packet's worth but they won't give me a refund as it's past my 14 day return window. I would have had to return them as soon as I'd got them, but even then that was outside the 14 days. The unopened box i wanted to return has an expiry date of 02/24 - shame they stick to 'statuary rights and obligations' and are not interested in doing the right thing by their customers! I guess they have expensive shareholders to pay. Very unfair! Not happy!

My experience is it’s a scam they taken money but have not sent any confirmation and won’t answer emails or refund any money and have not sent out the product so definitely out to rob people

Ahh I really hoped this wasn’t a scam but it very much is and even worse a health hazard. I’ve only had them for 2days and my stomach is in bits, bloated with uncomfortable pain..also seem to have added 2lb in 2 nights on a veg diet:o

In line with other comments, these tablets did absolutely nothing to assist me in my weight reduction.
I tried unsuccessfully to secure a refund on the basis that I had tried but they were not working, only to receive the "blah, blah, blah" of a customer service assistant who contradicted the company policy on refunds.
Dreadful product and awful service.
Save your money!

I ordered three packs of this product at £104.95 but sent them back within the required time for a full refund as my physician had advised against taking them. This was over a month ago and I paid £12 for signed for delivery. On tracking I discovered the package was being held by customs so I paid a further £14 duty to ensure they arrived back at the company. Almost 4 weeks and 10 emails later I am still awaiting my refund although on each occasion they tell me it has been processed! I can now confirm that I have received a refund of £104.95

The tablets dont work. It's a scam. You have 14 days to try them and get a refund but it says it takes 2 months before the product will work. They aren't willing to listen to their customers. DON'T BUY THEM !

well what can i say that's not already been said. what a waste of money i paid for 3 months £104 iv took them all and not lost a once. packaging of capsules was that cheap they fall out there self. i hope people red this as i know we will try anything to lose a few pounds but trust me its a scam. those good reviews you see on facebook are all fake. if these really worked the nhs would be giving them away

I bought these from the original site after reading other good reviews on the Internet. It's a complete waste of money as they don't work at all. I suffered with bloating and slight nausea. They didn't suppress appetite either. I got a 2 month supply and still weighed the same after 4 weeks.

This is a scam. These capsules do not work. I took them for 6 weeks & lost nothing apart from £55. What a waste of money.

Reading past reviews was like reading my own review. The claims the website makes are complete rubbish. I bought one month's supply then read trustpilot reviews and thought how stupid I'd been not to read these reviews before buying so I contacted prima to ask for a cancellation and my money back. They responded with a comment completely backing up their claims but said if I wanted to return the pills I could but I'd have had to return before refund and to be honest I was doubtful that I'd see my money so just kept them. Again like everybody else no change in weight and yes bloating, nausea and a whole in my pocket. I wonder who these models are that show photo's of their weightloss and how they've posted reviews as there's no way of putting any feedback on their website. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I bought this after reading all the good reviews on their site. I only wish I had gone on trustpilot first. I took these capsules and all I got was bloated, gained weight and a £55 deficit. I was losing weight with my own efforts but It was slow and my impatience got the better of me so I bought these to help. What a joke! All my efforts were lost once I started taking these because I gained back what I had lost. If could leave a minus 5 star, I would.

I only read good reviews about prima bought a pack then came across these reviews as I was wondering why this apparent wonder weight loss tablet wasn't doing what it said on the packet. My appetite hasn't decreased and I haven't lost any weight, so for anybody out there looking for a weight loss drug that sounds to good to be true, that's probably because they usually are.

I used tablets for 51days and no weight loss at all.it would seem this is another scam and i got caught in it.do yourself a favour and dont waste your money.

DO NOT FALL FOR IT.
These pills do NOTHING.
I found myself caught up in a clever Ad campaign linking them to dragons den & a host of 5 star reviews. All of which seems to be apparent lies.
Customer service do not care and will simply quote ‘14 day statutory right to refund’.
