So disappointed
Super slow delivery frame arrived first it was rattling around in a box with no packaging to keep it safe, it was damaged emailed them no reply for days when they did finally reply they offered a partial refund. It's a joke 12 emails later I have binned the frame and just put it down to a learning curve.
It was cheap and nasty plastic.
As for the card snail mail on extra extra slow delivery (this was down to company sending out late) card was in all honesty blah..
Both items arrived wedding date.
I ordered something of Etsy as a belated wedding gift and it arrived in two days 🙌 🤗
I also ordered a lovely personalised cut out style card of Amazon and that arrived in 3 days 😀 and was lovely and cheaper than the printed one from Pridal.
All in all I personally cant reccomend this company.
Buts that's me personally and it's my opinion.

OMG within a couple of hours of my review The company Pridal flagged my review with Trustpilot for being defamatory.....
However Trustpilot saw in my favour.
Shame Pridal can't answer as quick as they try and have negative feedback removed.

My 1st original emails were not replied to in the time frame you have said and I buy lots from small businesses supporting them.
As for SPEAKING to the STAFF !!!! I HAVE NEVER SPOKEN TO THE STAFF !!! Your only have email no actual phone number
And as for photos these were provided granted not brilliant quality but proof nevertheless.
I then took photos again but did explain they looked no different
Yes you offered a returns label but as I explained I don't have a printer but was willing to pay for postage and envelope for one to be sent to me Your answer was NO !!!
I then suggested if I paid to send item back as long my postage was refunded.
I also explained that I suffer severe agoraphobia
All my mail gets picked gets picked up from my home Royal Mail bring my labels on pickup.
Looking back at emails I had not read one properly about replacement or partial refund my apologies.
I was never rude in emails and if it was not for my email address and private details in them I would happily share them.
All I wanted was a frame not damaged hence trying to send it back.

Sarah, what a horrible bunch of lies. We work in tech, we know the rules, we abide by standards every day we run our business. Perhaps you should consider asking yourself why you were scared at the prospect of the way you spoke to my team to be accessible in the public domain.
Running a small business, we always strive for perfection but its not always possible, and when it's not, we work super closely with our customers to rectify - as per every other review on this platform and all other platforms. We have countless customers and I've never seen anyone speak to my staff or handle themselves in the way you did. It really is such a shame some people in the world are like this. Our community ESPECIALLY grants kindness over everything - I hope that's something you can take forward with you and improve on.
As with each and every customer, you were offered a free returns label to return the item, you were offered replacement items, you were offered to provide us photos which you refused to do, and eventually we even offered you a partial refund as compensation given that you were refusing to provide proof either via images or via returning the item. Sounds like a scam, right guys? Who isn't able to either return or provide images of an item if they're requesting a refund?
The fact you have chosen to mention brands like Amazon and Etsy just shows us that you have absolutely no idea about our amazing community.
We did everything right by you as a business, offering returns, replacements, compensation etc. but more than that - we did everything right by you human to human. I saw our team even offered you 1-on-1 assistance to help you take photos of the item. It really is a shame that you decide to take time out of your day in this way. Oh and I checked timestamps - every email responded to on the same working day - even when you stopped replying, the team still cared enough to follow up on which resolution option you wanted to proceed with. If only we'd have known it was a scam the whole time!
Thankfully we have an amazing community, loyal customers, an amazing team of staff, warehousing, everything - and on that note, we'll ask you altogether as a very combined message - please do not order from us again. And please be kind when you speak to people - it's free.

I ordered a Gay Wedding gift from Pridal. It arrived very quickly, but unfortunately it was slightly damaged. I contacted the firm straight away, and I had a reply immediately, informing me that a replacement would be done and was being sent out asap. The gift has arrived after 4 days, and it’s perfect. I can’t recommend this firm enough, it’s based in England, and they are so good to deal with. I would recommend them 100%.
