Excellent firm with fantastic offers
I've been with Panda before they started officially in business and I've not been disappointed with anything that I've purchased. I sing their praise to all and sundry as I've saved a tidy fortune buying from PP.
My daughter was bragging about how much she'd saved on Easter eggs but went strangely quiet when I showed her how little I'd paid for the same ones from PP.
When I had a problem with my address, it was dealt with immediately and I've had no more problems.
I honestly can't praise this firm highly enough. I won't shop anywhere else!

The only reason I'm leave a 4 star review, is thete is currently no option to ask Royal Mail to leave my order in " safe place ". I have to order and hope one of us is in the house to accept the order. The prices are competitive. The products are in great condition when received. The customer service is swift and appropriate. I manage to supply everyone at work with chocolate thanks to Price Panda. I will continue to use them unless any of the positives they have change

As we mentioned over email (as we often speak!), we won’t lie – we are a little disappointed with the 4 stars. After 9 orders, free gifts, discounts, bespoke offers, and being on hand with instant support (even out of hours), we always aim to deliver a 5-star experience every time. We’re genuinely proud and passionate about what we do.
In terms of delivery, we do send full tracking details via email so you can follow your parcel and receive estimated delivery times. Royal Mail and Parcelforce should also provide options for alternative delivery or collections if you’re not in. As explained, we don’t leave parcels unattended as we’re not covered to do so – this is to protect both our customers and our business.
With 20+ years of online experience, everything we do is built around customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. That said, we’ll take the 4 stars and truly appreciate your loyalty, repeat custom, word of mouth, and always friendly interactions.
Hopefully one day we’ll nudge that up to the 5 stars we’re aiming for – but we also know there’s always room to improve, so challenge accepted!

I have used PricePanda a few times now. Recently I had a problem with one of the items being faulty. Customer service got back to me very, very quickly. They sorted out the issue straight away, no ifs no buts just a choice of a complete refund or a voucher which was actually worth a little more than I paid for the faulty item.
They were exceptionally polite and efficient.
It’s a definite yes from me, I will shop there again and I will shop with confidence.

Firstly, ignore any naysayers about 'expired' stock. Nothing is expired on PricePanda. Best before dates are displayed clearly on all items that need them and if you are savvy, you will know this is BEST before, not USE by dates. The two are different. Use by expire, Best before does not.
Anyway onto the good stuff. Fabulous company, easy to order, free delivery level is set at £25 and trust me, you can reach that (and exceed it) easily. Orders are packed magnificently and with obvious care, boxed into their very own Panda box (which I absolutely love by the way) and arrives in quick time.
The product selection is amazing. You can fill your staple cupboard, choose a treat or three, make yourself look beautiful with skin care, enjoy a tipple and buy your loved one a snazzy gift and if that loved one is furry, then they are not forgotten either. Make sure you check out the middle aisle! It's a treasure trove. My only fault is lack of funds in my bank which is a me issue and not a Panda issue :-)

Exactly what it says on the tin!
After using another clearance retailer that became increasingly unreliable with dodgy packing and spillages aplenty I decided to give Price Panda a try. Glad I did, the free postage spend is more reasonable at £25 which allows you to take advantage of a lot more deals, the details and dates on the website are clear and concise so you know exactly what you are buying! I've yet to have any issues with packaging and I'm on my 5th order. I've recommended to all my friends and colleagues at work and they love chowing down on the little extras I buy for the office as I'm saving so much! Everyone gets regular biscuits with their brew now lol Keep up the good work!

This review is genuinely baffling and extremely unfair.
Let us walk through the actual sequence of events so anyone reading this can understand what has really happened here.
You placed an order for clearance grocery items. On our website, the dates for these items were displayed clearly in multiple places. Not hidden. Not vague. Not misleading. Clear and obvious. Did you not see the dates specified on the product pages before purchasing?
We then packed and delivered your order quickly, accurately and in good faith. Nothing missing. Nothing substituted. Nothing different to what you ordered. So we have a simple question. Did we deliver anything that was not exactly as described on the website? The answer is no.
You then emailed to say “90% items are expired”. That is simply not true. These are ambient grocery products with Best Before dates, not Use By or Expiry dates. There is a very clear and well-known difference. Best Before relates to quality, not safety. We explained this to you politely, professionally and in detail, immediately after your first email.
You then asked to return everything. We did not argue. We did not refuse. We agreed straight away and offered you a full refund once the goods are returned. That is exactly how a normal, honest retailer handles a return request.
You then asked who pays the return courier fees. We answered honestly and exactly in line with our Terms and Conditions: where goods are as described, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We also sent your order out with free delivery and fulfilled everything exactly as promised.
So let us summarise.
We advertised the products clearly with dates shown.
We delivered exactly what you ordered.
We replied to every email swiftly, politely and professionally.
We explained everything clearly.
We offered you a full refund if you return the goods.
And yet, because you did not like the answer regarding return postage, you have left a 1 star review claiming “expired stock” and “very bad customer service”.
How did you arrive at “90% expired”? On what basis? Did we send anything different to what was advertised? No. Are we genuinely a company people should be “careful” of because we delivered exactly what was ordered and offered a full refund? That seems a stretch.
Yes, please do be careful. Be careful to read what is clearly displayed before ordering. We provide exactly what we advertise. If delivering exactly what was promised results in 1 star reviews, then so be it. We will continue to operate honestly, transparently and professionally.
Our offer still stands. Return the items and we will issue a full refund promptly upon receipt. Until then, this review does not reflect the service we provided or the facts of this situation.

Additional information: We also reached out privately and politely on three separate occasions to Mrugesh to resolve this properly. No reply.
It does appear that emails are treated the same way as product pages, descriptions and the clearly displayed Best Before dates. Skimmed, ignored, or only the bits that support the story are taken in.
If we could review customers the way customers review retailers, this one would be along the lines of:
“Did not read item descriptions. Did not understand Best Before dates. Wanted a free return on correctly described clearance goods. Ignored multiple polite messages. Left a 1 star review anyway. Rude.Proceed with caution. .be careful b4…”
Our offer remains exactly the same. Return the goods and we will refund promptly on receipt. Until then, this review is not an accurate reflection of the facts.

I was super impressed with the service from my 1st order with them.
It came on time and all the stuff was in pristine condition.

Everything as described on the website. Good range of deals.
Yes some items maybe slightly more than elsewhere but it balance out when you get free delivery over £25 and some great deals including 1p items. Overall I dont think anyone can complain. They also pack items well and get it out fast too. I hope as there business grows they remember their routes and keep the service up.
