Awful company - they stole my money
Awful company do not use! The customer service at this company is awful. They just want you to stop replying to them rather than taking any time to actually help. Their responses are rude and closed and up there with the worst customer service I’ve ever received.
I had 2 years worth of vouchers which had been sent to me by friends. I claimed them all to my account in September and then according to them immediately closed my account down. They have now taken all the money sent to me and refuse to help.
I raised a complaint after a horrible experience with the customer service team and 4 weeks later I’ve heard nothing.
I requested an update on my complaint and was basically told it’s tough luck.
I’ll never use this company again.

ABSOLUTELY CRAP!!!
Absolutely hopeless!!! Avoid using them if you can and contact AfterPay to inform them that their gift card provider, IS NOT EMAILING GIFT CARDS!!! And YES, I checked my inbox, spam and junk emails and it was NOT there… this has happened the last 3 weeks!
