Don't go there

Thieves sell bundles for resellers that are unsellable rags. Don't think by buying them from what you might think is an affluent area they'll be good, it's a con. Unless of course boohoo. Primark and shein is your niche then you'll score good. Also... Don't think challenging this sham company for any sort refund will help. It won't just check their T&C first.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. They sold me a waterproof coat, in "good condition, some signs of wear". The waterproof coating had peeled off most of the coat, and it had an awful musty smell.
Now they aren't replying to my requests for a refund, and I am waiting almost a month after the purchase to hear from them.

Resellers Look elsewhere

I personally would stay clear of this website. I ordered an order while I wasn't mad about I wasn't super impressed. Wanting to give them another go, this order was worse than the last, most of them went in the bin damaged, really worn, or even random items like night dresses or even pj tops for example. It'll not be possible to make money from the bundles let alone sell them at the cost that is suggested. They won't take back some reseller bundles which suggests to me they know how unimpressive they'll be. I doubt they'll be room for profit nevermind break even

Wouldn’t recommend

Wouldn’t recommend. I am glad I ordered a small box to try. Some of the clothes were in a bad state not suitable for wearing never mind selling. Poor quality.

Absolutely appalling experience do not…

Absolutely appalling experience do not buy from them. The website has good reviews but my experience was I paid for retail returns of hoodies and jackets from high street and the ENTIRE BUNDLE WAS FAKE DESIGNER. absolutely disgusted and as a vintage clothing reseller I will not sell these to anyone. Fake GUCCI FAKE CHANEL FAKE MOSHINO FAKE NORTH FACE FAKE COLUMBIA ALL BADLY MADE FROM CHINA. I have emailed asking for a refund with photographic evidence and heard nothing back.
Anyone could see these items are fake counterfeit so the folks sorting these clothes are SCAMMERS.

A little pricey & inconsistent quality but overall not bad

I’ve ordered from here twice now I’m a reseller selling preloved items. As a reseller if you’re not buying new you expect some wastage and to carry out a few repairs etc it comes with the territory.

The first order arrived within 2 days and was less than 1% wastage, most items were A/B grade with only a few needing a little work mainly a defuzz or stitch at the seams. There was a good mix of sizes/brands - I got some luxury brands such as Zadig & Voltaire & RL but most was lower end supermarket -mid tier high street.

The second order was bigger and again arrived within 2 days, but it hasn’t been as good in quality. Wastage has been closer to 25%, a lot more has needed work such as defuzzing, minor repairs and more than 50% needed a good wash! There have been a few nwt items, some genuine vintage and a few hidden gems in there too but I can’t give 5 stars purely due to wastage and added workload on repairs.

Would I use again - Yes however as a reseller the only way to make it worth it is bulk buying as the prices are a little higher than you’d expect so to make it worth it you need to buy in bulk to get your discounts. The issue with this is you are taking a massive gamble on the quality and you can’t guarantee the quality will be the same in each box.

Tried to contact company but emails…

Tried to contact company but emails just bounced back. I recently purchased 25 zara shorts which were OK. But I also purchased 1 x Bluewater overstock x 20 package and 1 x retail end of line x 20 package. One of them had a Gucci hoodie with a big sticker with Fake written on it (obviously) but wanted to know why they are selling me a fake item? The rest of the 39 pieces from these packages consists of:
11 x primark items (the highest priced at £7.99 brand new)
6 x Tesco's, items (again all extremely low priced items when new)
5x George (Asda) items- same again.
8 x pieces that are just not able to be resold due to being random Matalan and cheap Chinese rags.
So that leaves 8 items which are a bit better H&M, Boohoo, PLT but in general I paid out £220 and I will not even get anywhere near break even. Whist I understand that there are risks when dabbling in this market, I do expect a chance to at least not lose money on top of the time I put into this as well. These items should clearly be in a bargain bin of sorts and not labelled as high street items with little value. I took a chance but won't be spending again. Bottom line guys is if you treat your customers fair, they will come back and spend more so its a win win for both of us. I am now bagging up to give to a clothes bank but would have rather donated the actual cash to a good cause, than be forced to just dump this in a clothes bank while you have made profit from the sale to me at £3.50 a piece. Also going to make a complaint to the authorities because of the blatant fake item that you knowingly sold me, in order to stop you repeating this on others in the future.

Don’t waste your time

I have ordered a couple of boxes from here now. There’s no money to be made in these as they price them too high. I purchased a box of new with tags items, £70 for 20 items, so I need to make £3.50 per item just to break even. There was primark vests that are £2each cheap unbranded items, bras, I’ll be lucky to break even at all. A Zara shorts bundle that was listed for £27 for 5 pairs, I will be surprised if I break even on that. Don’t waste your time.

Poor quality items

This company has gone downhill completely.

They used to be good and focus on Preworn boxes, now charging more than what you would pay on eBay/ Vinted in brand specific boxes. The boxes are of extremely poor quality.

New with tags boxes also gone downhill. Used to receive dresses and quality items. Now tops with holes, items that are clearly damaged and returns,

Non existent customer service

Ordered 2 packs of clothes- charity…

Ordered 2 packs of clothes- charity pack & labelled high street store pack.
Most of the charity pack was Shein & Primark. A nice M&S dress had a broken zip. Make up stains over one white top. The store pack (new with labels) had tights,a scarf & boot toppers in!!! Not very resealable! Also,a fake Gucci top! Plus shorts with a broken zips,a Christmas pj top,and random pj top & bottoms which weren’t a set!!!! I’ve been refused a refund (but not told why) so I’ve gone through my bank to get refunded.

Do not buy from here

Do not buy from here.
As agreed with most, especially this comment -

Ordered what I thought were good A class quality clothes (4 different boxes) and I received clothes worthy of a jumble sale!
They aren’t this grade at all!

The quality was awful TBH and I am utterly disappointed that I wasted my money on such rubbish.

BEWARE - this site leads you to think you are getting good quality clothes from the high street such as Zara, Warehouse, M&S etc in great condition when really you are receiving really old with unknown brands.

I would never recommend this to anyone.

Awful experience purchasing used…

Awful experience purchasing used children's clothing from Preworn Wholesale. I bought 3 boxes of children's clothing that were supposed to be in 'good condition' and suitable for reselling.

Whilst dispatch was quick, the items received were in absolutely awful condition. One blue M&S coat was chewed on both sides of the collar, one zip fleece was worn out and had holes in the sleeve. The majority of the items were either stained, dirty or had holes. One box was full of crumbs and dirt which also covered all of the items inside it.

Only positive of the order was that I had also ordered a box of new summer hats, these were in great condition. From this experience I wouldn't purchase used clothing from this company again, I would however purchase new items from them.

Another positive is that they were very quick to reply and apologised (slightly) and accepted a return. The review would have been one star if it wasn't for the order of the new hats & helpful returns process.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Review edited and stars downgraded after another awful experience with this company. I received a response from my previous review on their preworn Trustpilot page saying they had improved their stock and to try them again, they won't disappoint 🤣

I thought okay, I'll give it a try and boy do I regret it.

I purchased 2x brand new hats and they were okay. Not as great as the last lot of hats from them. There was also a price discrepancy on the description of the product which states the price as being a lot less than the price they are listed for but oh well.

I also purchased a box of brand new with and without tags kids clothes. Well, I got a handful of new items and then the rest of the box was filled with very well worn items, including a onesie with matted material, a jumper with a stain on it, and several other items with bobbling.

I'm not sure who completes the quality control in this place, but they definitely need retraining. I emailed them about it, 5 days later no reply. Seems communication is also lacking.

It's definitely not a company that I would ever purchase from again and I would not recommend anyone to buy from this place. They just put any old stuff in boxes and pass them off as branded or new items when they are not.
