Recommend Wholeheartedly

I honestly wasn’t expecting this level of customer service…

From the moment I signed up, the entire process was smooth and easy to follow. Anytime I had a question, someone got back to me quickly with a helpful answer, and I never felt like I was being rushed or treated like just another customer.

What really surprised me was that after my order arrived, the CEO actually called me personally to make sure everything had gone well. He asked about my experience, whether I had any questions, and genuinely wanted to know what they could do better. You don’t see that kind of follow-up very often, especially in healthcare.

It’s clear that the team cares a lot about the experience, not just processing orders. If this is how they treat every patient, they’re doing something right. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I don’t usually leave reviews


I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was one of the best telehealth experiences I’ve had.

Everything was simple from the start. The website was easy to use, I knew exactly what I was paying, and there weren’t any surprise fees or hoops to jump through. When I had a question, I got a quick response from a real person instead of feeling like I was talking to a chatbot.

What impressed me most was that I actually felt like they cared about my experience. It’s obvious they’re trying to build a company that puts patients first.

You all should do a referral program - I would 100% participate.

I’ve tried several telehealth platforms, and unexpected fees were always an issue. With PreventiveMD, the price was exactly what I paid—no hidden charges or confusing billing.

The experience was clear and straightforward, which built my trust in the company. Customer support was also excellent whenever I had questions. It’s refreshing to find a telehealth company that values transparency and makes things easy. This was such a better experience than I’ve had in the past. I definitely plan to stick with PreventiveMD.

As the founder of PreventiveMD

As the founder of PreventiveMD, I wanted to personally experience every step of the patient journey before inviting others to use the platform. I completed the intake process, reviewed the educational materials, worked through the clinical workflow, and evaluated the overall experience from a patient's perspective. The process was straightforward, communication was clear, and the experience met the standard I hoped to create. While my perspective is obviously different from that of an independent patient, I believe it's important to use the service myself and continually improve it based on firsthand experience.
