Beware, poor quality and objectionable return charges
Poor quality clothing and they take $15 from your refund to return items. Appalling! considering they are selling clothing online which is always open to returns for fit and suitability due to the fact you can't try things on. Paid for express shipping ($31) and have to pay another $15 to return poor fitting clothing. Would never buy from here again.

Horrible return process
Absolutely ridiculous I bought a skirt from them which was made of thin fabric horrible quality. I started my refund process for it sent in the skirt and was told on the 9th of April that my return process had started and then received another email about a week later saying that my refund would be in my bank the 6th of May. I do not understand how it takes a whole month for a refund this company doesn’t want to help whatsoever. It seems like they just try to make life hard and refunds impossible I tried to contact customer service and I’m talking to AI which told me the exact same thing as my email no other company I know has ever taken this long for a refund. I think this is absolutely ridiculous and it needs to be sorted.

I used to love PLT it was my go to…
I used to love PLT it was my go to online shop. But now with all the changes, the orders are always inconsistent, orders of just 3 items are coming all separately and from different stores and locations. I’ve received boohoo dresses in PLT packaging and packages from YoursClothing?. It’s honestly a mess and just sloppy service. Customer service starts with AI, if you’re lucky eventually an actual human will respond, but offer no genuine help or explanation. Sad to say but my PLT ordering days are over, no longer worth the risk.

I am currently waiting on a package that I ordered for my bachelorette party & message inquiries about. Kai was very nice and assisted me well with my questions. I’m in hopes to receive all three dresses. I got referred from a friend.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service! I returned two items, but they only refunded for one. When I contacted them they said they needed proof of return, so I sent the tracking but they said that wasn't enough?! They already had my parcel, what more proof is required?! I was just going round and round in circles, and they eventually stopped replying to me!
It was my first and last order, wouldn't recommend to anyone! People be warned!

Unable to return an item because their returns section would not recognise the order number.
There is no contact number to try and get assistance and the 'contact us' section is just a chat bot!
This chat bot just continues to give the same advise and links, and round and round you go!!
Pretty Little Things are now saying that i am outside of their 28 day return period so there is nothing they can do.
I will never be buying from them again!!!
Processing error but good help chats
The website made a processing error so I ended paying and dispatching 2 of the same order simultaneously however the helpline was more than helpful. I was assisted by Frankie, Harper, and the AI assistant Kai and they were all very efficient with response and helpful.

Paid for express shipping and it’s not delivered
I paid $19 USD for express shipping and the package still hasn’t arrived. If I knew the delivery wouldn’t be reliable or update shipping I wouldn’t have purchased at all. This seems kind of like a scam. Kai was fine but I’d rather speak to a real person with real answers.
Appalling company
Appalling customer service, sizes are well off so needed to return. I purchased the royalty for extra for the quicker postage. It has taken them on 3 seperate occasions over a month to refund items. They ask to get in touch via Facebook Messenger and send generic responses, lie about when refund has been issued etc. Ive been told 3 times it's been issued on 3 different dates,yet still haven't received it. Shocking company and once I've got my refund I will not be purchasing again.
