I told them I moved they said they would update my address and they didn’t now the package has delivered I messaged them and they told me to pick it up from the address. I live half way across the county. All they had to do was call FedEx and confirm my address change but they refused. Never again.and I doubt they will give me my refund. This is terrible I’m so upset

Have been ordering from here for quite some time now, the website used to be really good about 2 years ago, clothes were cheaper and were decent quality and arrived looking like they do on the models but recently they started to up their prices quite a bit and the clothes really are not worth the prices. I have ordered clothes that arrived looking a complete different colour than on the model and if i buy something in one colour and then the same item in another colour they’re sometimes different fabrics too. A lot of the clothes on there are so see through too. I am happy with their £18 joggers though, they’re worth the money and honestly are good aswell as the £15+ sweatshirts/hoodies but dresses/tops/leggings etc are all see through or just weird fabrics, aswell as that anything with spaghetti straps are made unnecessarily long. never have i received a dress with spaghetti straps that i haven’t had to alter- i’m also 5’7 and a D cup so nothing to do with my size, can’t imagine how loose it is on shorter people.

Stop shopping with this company. They’re doing a horrible job with shipping out products on time. Their products are coming in from overseas which is causing longer delays. I placed my order on 8/31 and selected express shipping. My package was scheduled to be delivered on 9/8. However, my package never arrived. The last update was 9/4. I sent PLT a message and the rep told me that there was nothing they could do as of now and to wait until 9/24. They refunded me for the express shipping cost. I went on to explain to the rep that one of the items in my order is for a wedding brunch which I supposed to attend out of state on 9/18. She just replied that there is nothing they can do. I’m very disappointed in the way PLT handles issues. They don’t care about their customers. They choose the cheapest and worst delivery route ever so it is guaranteed that you will never receive your package in time. I ordered my package in time just so I could receive my package before I leave for the wedding. I had to go spend money with another company just because PLT continues to drop the ball. Let’s stop doing business with them. They truly deserve to go out of business at this point. I can’t stand companies who don’t go over and beyond to provide the best services to their customers. PLT don’t use this pandemic as an excuse because I know small and big companies who are still making it happen on time. Sometimes you have to lose money to make it. Try using UPS or DHL their better services and aren’t having any issues. TrakPak & especially USPS don’t have the man power to deliver packages at this time. Do your research and stop taking the cheap shipping route!

i ordered some jeans the delivery was quick and the jeans were very nice they fit just about the colour looks a bit different as shown on the model i also ordered shell shock trousers however i was very unhappy with the order as the trousers were to baggy and bought them in my normal size but they were still to loose and the item looks totally different to the picture

I had a order a while back for leggings and once I received them they were huge! Didn’t fit at all, they stretched all the way to my bra so they eventually just came pajamas but they mix sizes up sometimes but they clothes are still amazing 💞 but watch with sizes!

I ordered there clothes all the time and I even playing to buy more soon but one thing that so annoying is the shipping like for example I brought something for £500 or over I still have to Pay £3.99 for it so why can’t they just do £30 or £50 for free shipping or even less then paying something in total expensive to buy for shipping most online shops like Missguided don’t even do that - please try and do this

I made an order about over a week ago and had paid for express next day delivery but still have not revived anything ?!. They told me it had been delivered but on the website it says dispatched which is very frustrating and confusing . I am very disappointed. I have emailed them regarding this issue and they said they would get back to me with 48 hours and still nothing !!

I have a lot of experience shopping in stores like this and prettylittlething is no better. I'd rate the quality of clothing about a 5/10, however I'm more concerned about certain reports claiming that they're clothes aren't ethically sourced and personally I wouldn't want to buy from such a brand.

Nothing is as displayed on the website. Colours are not even similar, most are often damaged or with marks. Terrible
Annoying, bad quality
Quality is really poor, incorrect sizes. On the app or website you have no chance to write feedback about your experience. It is should be a sign. Every dresses i bought was transparent, so annoying. You can't buy anything for work. Pictures on the web and reality doesn't match.

I got 2 items that were faulty, I received a refund for one item and the second one I was told too send back in order for a refund although I sent them a video an a picture .I find this ridiculous because how can I be told I have to send back an item in order to get a refund because they sent me out an faulty order
