I ordered twice by mistake they emailed to see if I did make a mistake so I telephoned and explained so she cancelled one Oder and refunded my money was very nice that she took time to point out what I had done and was pleased with my order when I received it . Thank you.

Friendly service and lots of knowledge
Went in to pick up the new Sirdar crochet along kit for Halloween, plenty of stock and a great chat. Made to feel welcome and lots of good tips on how to make the most of my purchase. Will definitely be coming back

Lovely store and owner
