Excelent service at affordable price

My 1983 Rolex Oyster was seriously in need of some TLC I initially sent it to Luxury Watch Repairs for an estimate which was ridiculously expensive and on recommendations went to see PTS who offered a more realistic quote to completely refurbish my watch, replace the mainspring and other worn parts and polishing the case and bracelet. The watch looks as good as it did 40 years ago and is keeping very good time. I highly recommend PTS and plan to have my Omega serviced by them when it needs it. Highly recommended!

They had my Brietling Superocean in for…

They had my Brietling Superocean in for repair … did a good job on the repair at a reasonable price…… However, I sent the watch to them in its original soft case and when they returned the watch the soft case they sent it back in was definitely not mine…. It looked like a Rottweiler had attacked it!
I of course phoned them and told the guy it wasn’t my 100% perfect case I had sent them.
Sadly he denied this as if I was a liar… Very annoyed as obviously they kept it for a watch they were trying to sell on.
