A really positive experience at Posh Pawn in Guildford today. As a first timer I had no idea how it all works but I was put at ease and offered a really professional service. Staff were lovely and explained everything to me. They even helped me send digital ID from my phone. Thank you.

It was nice to have proper and kind service, a clear explanation of what was involved, what to expect and they made the process of setting up an account professional and straightforward. I have dealt with this delightful company before. My comments now have not wavered from my original of excellent. They are beyond and above excellent. Marta was the member of staff I dealt with just before Christmas. Faultless deliver down to a cup of tea! And worried that we were (my husband and myself) were using the tube to get back home! Highly recommend. My experience was in December 2025 but cannot get calendar to accept .

Although Bazaar the term existed I was not allowed to make my important items price by myself.
However, something British brands got price even I did not agree was better than nothing.

Wow, I didn’t expect to get seen so soon and have such an amazing experience, as I just rocked up to the Weighbridge store. Alina went through my many carrier bags of bits and bobs and gave an honest appraisal. Much of my stuff was rubbish but I did have a few bits that I was offered a fair price for. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend anyone to visit and see if their stuff is worth anything.
