Sam was the best salesman I’ve ever had

Easy to deal with, car exactly as described and prepared on the day. Salesman Liam Ricketts was exceptionally helpful and attentive.

Most of these reviews are regarding the sales process. Whilst we received a car that had faults at the point of sale and I have some complaints about that, my rating here relates to the premium aftercare warranty that Prestige sell and it’s important to put out a warning about this.

This quite simply is not worth the money, the service is slow and a frequent refrain is that they don’t have a courtesy car available or a driver who can come and get the car, so can you bring the car yourself then? If you agree (and take time off work and you also aren’t getting what you paid for), they will then probably cancel the appointment anyway.

They did this to us, we need the car to transport our 2 year old (which they know) MOT and Service booked weeks ago right up against the deadline despite our requests not to leave it so late, and lo and behold a call at 5pm the night before that oh, they couldn’t do it. Team members will tell you they are “only” this or that person and can’t do anything about colleagues’ failures. Not how a company works I am afraid.

This is not a service worth £3,000. I strongly advise against purchasing this despite the sales pitch, unless you fancy spending time off work driving to Kent or getting into a battle of phone calls and emails to get anything done that you’ve already paid for. Save your money.

Had a really good experience seeing and test driving a used car. James K was very helpful and informative and explained all the underlying detail and finances very well for someone with limited experience purchasing cars!

We were helped by Luca while looking at a couple different cars that we had been interested in. They were quite different values and at no point was he pushing the higher value car on us. He was honest when he didn’t have the answer to our questions and made sure to check to ensure he gave us the correct information.
