The guys and girls at prestige did a great job. Everything was completed to a very high standard. Four years later and we haven't had a single problem. Thats the way to do it!

Prestige managed and carried out a loft conversion on our Victorian semi.The project had additional complexity as the ceilings on the first floor needed to be lowered to gain head height in the loft. Prestige were excellent throughout, reassuring and efficient as we were definitely worried about the loss of ceiling height. We are more than happy with final results which are excellent, and we have 2 fantastic new bedrooms and a bathroom.

The team were always punctual, clean and very friendly. They worked very hard through a bitterly cold Spring with heavy snows. As in builds of this magnitude there were unforeseen issues but these were dealt with swiftly and with utmost consideration.

We used Prestige for our loft conversion. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The quality of the work was high and was delivered on time and the communication was excellent (which is perhaps just as important as there are always unexpected events).

I bought a flat that needed extensive refurbishment and structural works. Prestige build were highly professional, knowledgable and creative in offering me advise on how to utilise space. I was able to leave the site with the knowledge that a high standard of work would be done.

Jay and his team are not your average builders. The work is of an extremely high standard, with real attention to detail. But just as important Prestige has integrity. They work collaboratively with you and show respect for you and your home throughout the build. I was very pleased with the experience and with the results and I highly recommend them.

I have used prestige build for a number of jobs on my house including a double extension on the rear of my house, a new roof, anew wetroom, a new laundry room , the laying of a Victorian hallway and the building of lots of built In cupboards. The standard of work performed by Jay and his team was always extremely high and tightly controlled by Jay. Jay was also very helpful with design ideas that we might otherwise not considered. His team of workers were always professional, not just in the standard of their work but also the way they treated our house and interacted with us. Jay was very clear on costs and there were no unexpected extra costs at the end of the job. I feel very lucky to have found such a professional builder that I can rely on to do a quality job at the price agreed.

Prestige build and management carried out a complete refurbishment of our Victorian property last year. We found Jay and the team fantastic to work with through the all the challenges our build threw up. Each of the individual trades who worked on the project were of the highest quality. We felt the whole team were willing to collaborate with us to achieve what we were aiming for. From a practical point of view the management team were efficient and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Prestige and would happily work with them again.

Since our first highly successful kitchen extension we’ve had Prestige Build and Management back a few times to our property to continue developing it. All designs tasks, features and options no matter how small are thought through in a really smart and highly experienced way.

Our major renovation and extension by Prestige went without a hitch, based I believe on the company's clear and detailed proposal and good communication and project management throughout. Its detailed costings allowed any changes necessitated by what was found in the demolition phase or where we changed our spec in the course of the project to be readily identifiable, documented and re-costed. The company and its employees were invested in the work, working well with the architect and often making useful suggestions on details.

Prestige Build did a full renovation of my Victorian terrace house, including a loft conversion and side return extension.

They were very professional and responsive throughout the project. The quality of their work was excellent. Compared to other, similar work on the street the finish is clearly outstanding. They were also willing to adapt to changes in plans during the build.

Overall I would strongly recommend Prestige.

Very happy with the result of Prestige transforming the outhouse/studio into a light, bright area which is a pleasure to be in.
The workforce worked very hard on the total structure of the building - complete new pitched, slated roof, insulated walls, all new windows and doors,shower room/toilet, new central heating system and new wooden floor. Also 4 new flat roofs to the main house.

Prestige built a very high quality bathroom for us. The standard of work was exceptional, the builders were reliable - turned up exactly when they said they would, were respectful, tidy and didn’t stop until the job was completed. Project management staff were always available to answer questions and discuss options. This is not the cheapest option but you really get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

The Prestige Build team literally saved our lives. After the worst experience with a previous con-artist of a builder who left our property in a hazardous state with loose live wires all over - we called on Prestige Build to take over the project. It meant that we had to pretty much start again and redo a lot of work - electrics, plumbing, groundworks etc but they made us feel looked after and secure. Prestige Build even stepped in to provide support with third-party suppliers to ensure we were being treated fairly and guided us through the rest of the process. I could not recommend them more. If something wasn't quite to our liking, it was fixed and perfected without any trouble. We were consulted every step of the way and advised on stylish finishes. Although we haven't been able to finish the project entirely due losing out on so much money - what has been finished is to a superior standard that's made the house finally feel like a home again - but a luxury one! Thanks, Prestige - we will 100% recommend you to anyone and would use you again.

We had a very major rebuild of practically an entire 3 bed terraced house into a four bedroom loft conversion, full rewire, plumbing, boiler etc with Prestige two years ago.

We did have to change the site manager three times throughout the build thanks to illness etc otherwise it would have been a 5 stars. That said the main build manager we dealt with most of the time was very on it in keeping us informed about the progress of the build and dealing with snags, the quality of work was excellent (and we had plumbing, electrical, heating, joinery, floor laying and a bathroom and kitchen installation taken care of so pretty much everything).
