The villa is absolutely amazing, beautiful views, modern facilities, very clean and everything you could possibly need. Our wedding reception took place at this villa and it was perfect. Jerry popped in to check in on us and was only ever a phone call away, very kind and helpful.

The villa is in a very peaceful position with lovely sea views. Very large living area and 4 excellently sized bedrooms all with lots of wardrobe space and en-suites. The pool area is very big and has outdoor kitchen, bbq and toilet/shower room. The villa was very clean. Gerry who manages the villa met us when we arrived and told us about the facilities at the villa. He was available during the week if anything was needed and was very helpful and quick to respond. I would recommend hiring a car is you’re staying here. A fabulous stay and will certainly be back. Thank you Gerry

Having left Villa Avyana a week ago after a blissful fortnight break, I've found it harder than usual to shake the post-holiday blues. Avyana puts you on such a high.

Straight out of the airport, we were greeted in person by the owner of the local taxi firm, Robert, who transferred us to the villa. When we first set eyes on our accommodation for the next two weeks, we were in a temporary state of disbelief. While the website portrays how photogenic Avyana is, it doesn't capture the sheer scale and wow factor that hits you on arrival.

Past the gates, we were met by Gerry, the man behind Prestige Bookings and some of the most luxurious villas in Coral Bay. Gerry instantly struck me as someone deeply passionate about his creation. Brimming with eagerness, he quickly showed us the ropes of this incredible modern retreat packed with smart features and cutting-edge technology. Lights controlled by Alexa, a built-in bean-to-cup coffee machine, and a phone app that becomes your own digital concierge, it’s clear no expense has been spared in creating this luxury holiday masterpiece.

Avyana’s private cinema, basketball court, infinity pool, and rooftop hot tub are all excellent touches, but what really caught my attention was the level of detail in the outdoor barbecue area. A huge prep space with a sink, electric rotisserie, charcoal starter, and firelighters all ready to go offers a truly immersive experience of outdoor Cypriot barbecue culture.

Just by the perimeter of the complex, there are steps leading over to the local tavern, a family-run gem offering an authentic Cypriot atmosphere and incredible home-cooked food. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the owner, Stella, whose warmth and generosity made every visit feel special. Alongside the amazing food, she created a genuine sense of serenity that made the tavern feel like an extension of the villa itself.

During our stay, Gerry was just a WhatsApp message away whenever we needed anything. When a window wouldn’t close properly, he was at the villa within 10 minutes to sort it. When the toaster gave up, a replacement was delivered within the hour. The level of customer service was simply unbeatable, fast, friendly, and delivered with a smile that made everything feel effortless.

Gerry, Avyana, and Prestige Bookings remove every possible barrier to relaxation and leave you with just one thing to do... relax.

Beautiful property - looks better than the pictures! Clever that the two villas adjoin along a back path to allow more people to stay and the option of having a quieter villa and a louder one. Pool and tennis tables are an excellent touch. Gerry is a great host full of recommendations and help.

We had the most amazing time at Villa Avyana and as a family of 9 the house was perfect for a multi generational holiday. Every one of us agreed that this was the best place we had ever stayed at. The house is jaw droppingly beautiful and everything you could ever need has been thought of. There is really no need to ever leave the house if you don't want to, it is a destination in itself. As well as the beautiful design and high end fittings and furnishings, there is essentially a concierge service managed through an app, and Gerry couldn't have been kinder when we did need to get him out to show us how something worked. The 'meet and greet', including the introduction to the lovely Stella at Spilies Bar and Tavern elevated this property to another level. Although this was a family holiday, I am a travel writer and have seen and stayed in many properties. Villa Avyana is truly unique and I believe it to be the best on the island, if not further afield. Thank you Gerry and Prestige, it takes a lot to wow me, but you did!

The house was stunning and had everything we could need for an amazing holiday! Gerry was always there if we needed anything. He was very informative and helpful. Stella's tavern next door was a lovely surprise. Location was great. Not in a busy town but close enough to visit which was perfect for us.

We all cannot wait to return!

The villa was far enough from town to be lovely and peaceful but close enough that everything was a short walk or an even shorter car ride away.

The villa was spacious and well equipped, our first stop on a villa holiday is usually the local hardware store for kitchen utensils but not this time.

The little touches, like the basic supplies in the fridge on arrival, made a big difference and Gerry and the team were always on hand if we needed anything.

Wonderful stay at Villa Avyana. This villa has everything you need. Spotlessly cleaned by Angela. Gerry is on hand if needed or any problems arise. Would definitely recommend using Prestige Villas.

Gerry was fantastic from the time of booking, all the way up to our stay in Cyprus and during our time in Paphos too.

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Gerry met us with a nice warm welcome and we followed him to the Villa.
When we saw the location we were amazed and the Villa itself was more than we imagined. Nice and spacious, clean, everything you need and more.
We enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back!
The pool area is nice and spacious, great views, and plenty of space to relax including your large terrace. Nice area with a BBQ and an outside shower.
The pool table and ping pong table were a bonus and we enjoyed playing.

Not too far away, you are within walking distance from the shops and restaurants. If you drive then there’s always parking available. Beautiful beaches, plenty to do and only short drives away, you just need to explore.
The restaurants and staff were all fantastic, very pleasant and make you feel welcome. There are things for everyone to enjoy. The buses run often and are easy to use.
The beaches are lovely and the sea caves. Lots of amazing walks and things to see.
A free bus to the zoo which is definitely worth going to or just a short drive away.
I can’t fault anything it was the perfect holiday for us. We will definitely stick to Villa holidays now after that experience. Gerry you did a fantastic job and you took good care of us.

We had a great stay at Villa Andrea for a week and it is safe to say that there was everything you could ever need. The villa is so spacious and well equipped with a great size pool and games for the kids/adults. If staying in the early months I would recommend having the pool heating as it was cold but we did get accustomed to it.Gerry and Angela were very informative and easily accessible if you had any questions or wanted some info. We had a nice welcome pack on arrival and coral bay was only a 3-5 minute drive away. We would definitely recommend a stay here and would gladly book again if we are in this area of Cyprus. We had a wonderful stay.

Absolutely love this villa! It’s our second time staying there and won’t be our last. It has everything you need for the perfect getaway and you don’t need to leave it if you don’t want to! Sauna. Jacuzzi, heated pool, view, cinema, pool table, basketball hoop, table tennis, and more! The cherry on the cake is the taverna next door where you can literally order amazing food and the owner pops over the wall to bring it to your dining table! Wow! So no cooking either if you don’t want!

Brilliant Villa….great location in Coral Bay….and facilities were 10 out of 10.….Everything worked beautifully and we had exceptional service from Prestige Bookings….have already booked again for 2025 :)

We stayed in villa andrea for the October week this year .it was amazing one of the biggest villas we stayed in stunning gardens with fruit trees very big kitchen. Games room pool bbq area for any big family's this is a villa for you there was 11 in total 7 adults and 4 kids we even had 1 full room left over .prestige do an amazing job start to finish very friendly and welcoming. Any problems at all they help .the villa in a 4min car drive to the beach the small strip with shops restaurants bars ect witch is perfect for us as we don't like to be in a lively place we like our sleep .would definitely recommend this team and will definitely use again thanks so much to Arthur and the team

We have just returned from a week's trip to Paphos where we stayed in one of Gerry's fabulous villas. The 3-bed home with a swimming pool, 3 baths, a pool table and a huge living area was more than we needed but much enjoyed. Everything from communication to help and advice was 5 star, and we couldn't rate the service, location or standard of the villa any higher. We loved our stay, its value for money and we will definitely be back. Laura
