As always I recieved my order quickly. I wasn't expecting it to be so quick with it being Christmas time, but it was & everything I ordered arrived.
My only downside was the parcel delivery, who didn't knock/ring the bell but tried to push the parcel through the door. After no success they left it in very heavy rain outside my dustbin for an hour before I realised I'd had a text from them.

After searching for a long time to replace my old, scratched and worn out saucepans, I eventually found this Prestige set.
They are classed as lightweight saucepans, which is one of the reasons that I purchased them. However they are slightly heavier than I would have liked as I've got fibromyalgia and struggle to lift things, I would have preferred them a bit lighter. In saying this they are very sturdy and fantastic quality.
The handles on top of lids and the handles are made of some sort of rubber so don't get hot to the touch which is another benefit. All in all I am very pleased with this set and am expecting them to last a long time.

Great service and delivery of the best frying pans I have ever had.

The careline staff were helpful and guided to buy the spare parts I needed for my pressure cooker which was elderly.
However I had difficulty on the assembly due to the lack of instructions. Perhaps an exploded drawing (which I found on the Lakeland website) could be supplied with the spare parts that have been upgraded/revised over time.
Other than this point I appreciate having my pressure cooker back in service.

arrived promptly, well packed, wife very impress with quality of finish and lid handle design, saucepan handles and lid handles very well fitted, with secure mounts. have only use once and cooked very quickly, so must have efficient heat transfer, looking forward many good meals with new saucepans

I placed an order for a spare part, the price was OK, delivery was on time, the part fitted and the part works.

The part I ordered arrived as advised and is the correct part.. My only issue is that months and months ago I tried to get this item and it was out of stock supposedly being available in October. I was on a list as I thought to be told when it was back in stock. I was not contacted and it was only when I recontacted you in Dec that the order could be made.

I was able to speak to someone in Customers service who returned my call. This was appreciated as you rarely find a human person to speak to these days,

Easy to order online, prompt delivery and kept informed of progress.

Bought a split pan to replace a previous one - this one is very heavy. Delivery not good. Went to one delivery hub 11 miles from us and then sent to another one 16 miles the other direction!! I could save them a fortune and the size of the box was massive.

Rapid delivery, good quality pan set including stockpot, plus range of kitchen utensils. Have used several times now and working well with the induction hob, Pans feel robust, heavy enough but weight feels well balanced when handling; lids don't rattle when boiling and liquids simmer nicely on lowest (induction 1) setting. Nice touches with utensils include whisk being open ended so no clumping of ingredients and flat scrapper on side of masher helps clear potato from side of pan. Overall, very happy with products. Only 4* because info on delivery not provided until items actually dispatched. Only took a few days but could have been left hanging for weeks with no idea of when they'd arrive. Communication definitely needs improving.

The solution to my problem with my old Prestige Pressure Cooker as suggested has worked and I couldn't be happier.

Parts ordered arrive damaged due to inadequate packing.
A fragile item in a paper envelope doesn’t work.
Despite reporting this and being told to expect a response within 24 hours I am still waiting, 48 hours later!
