This was my second time dealing with Marcelo and can only say good things about him. Buying your first luxury watch is always a daunting experience especially given how much money you can part with. I knew when it came to buying my first Rolex that I wouldn't just go to any dealer and that I would only go to one that I trusted and also had a good reputation. Even if that meant paying a little bit more. Based on my positive first transaction with Marcelo I said I'd give him the business again.

Everything about the whole transaction was never too much hassle for Marcelo. It took a few weeks between getting payments across and actually arranging a time to meet and collect the watch but we both got their in the end (Mainly delayed due to my busy schedule). Marcelo was very accommodating in terms of setting a date and time to meet that suited both of us. He maintained great communication through the entire process and was more than happy to answer any questions I had about the watch.

Once we met, Marcelo and I sat down and probably talked about watches, life and sports for close to an hour before actually exchanging the watch. He a fantastic guy to deal with and really makes you feel at ease when buying such and expensive item. Once I received the watch and the box and papers only then could I truly appreciate the true beauty of the timepiece I had just acquired. The watch itself was a dream come through for me and I haven't been able to stop looking at it since.

Overall I can't recommend Marcelo enough. He's a breath of fresh air in the grey market. The values he prides himself on as mentioned in his website follow through to real life. He's honest, trust worthy and very knowledgable of the watch world and will go out of his way to ensure the best experience for his clients. If you're looking for your next watch then I believe you do not need to look any further and it's evident I'm not the only one that thinks this way too based on his previous 5 star reviews.

I recently made the decision to sell my Rolex Lady Datejust watch. Having had a number of disappointing valuations and reading excellent reviews for Marcelo at Prestige Watches, I decided to make contact. From the initial enquiry and discussions re valuation, marketing and expected timescale, I asked Marcelo to market my watch for me, at a realistic price, subject to agreed selling fees. He couldn’t have been more helpful and professional throughout the process - from courier collection, advice on insurance, confirming receipt and excellent photographs/listings. I was kept up to date throughout the sale process. I was expecting to wait weeks or maybe months for the right buyer to come along. 11 days after listing, Marcelo received an enquiry he felt was genuine and the watch was sold on day 12 with funds in my account within 3 hours! If you are looking to source a watch, sell one or get advice I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Marcelo. 10/10

Well, I acquired my first real luxury watch and was slightly apprehensive at first. First, I researched the seller and it all looked good. I was not disappointed. Marcelo is an extremely helpful, kind and professional individual. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for him and his response times on Whatsapp were very fast during the sale and after. He patiently waited for the funds to arrive in my account so that I was able to pay him. You would have trouble to find any better watch-dealer. Also, the price for the watch was fair, so I didn't bother negotiating. Highly recommended!
