Not often that you buy a wristwatch or any high value item that proves to be BETTER than sellers description and pictures . . . delighted to say that's what happened here. Marcelo recently sold a watch on my behalf, and the service was nothing short of exceptional. He first arranged to collect the watch and take some professional pictures for the listing. When making the listing, Marcelo did his research to ensure the watch was priced competitively. We received a number of early ‘low’ offers but he wasn’t at all pushy to take the first one and held out for what he believed was a good price. It’s a pleasure to do business with Marcelo! I bought a Rolex Datejust from 1972. Of course I had many detailed questions about this 47 year old watch. He answered all my questions very patiently, sent close up pictures and videos. The communication was outstanding!
I really don’t know what he could improve in his entire selling process. When I decided to buy this watch, it took only 2 days to have it on my wrist. All the small imperfections he showed me in the close ups, are hard to find if you wear the watch in daylight. It’s condition is even better.
