The modules are interesting, but they only focus on money and don't provide any bug fixes.

I have purchased about 10 modules from Prestahero, spending over €1000 in total, only to find out that many of the modules have huge bugs, incompatibilities, or conflicts with other Prestahero modules.

Even after two years, important bugs have not been fixed. Instead, they delete or hide negative reviews on their website. Clearly, I'm not the only one with this experience, as I can see from the reviews on Trustpilot.

Also, when you ask any questions, they only focus on money. You need to purchase modules again because they have expired on the PrestaShop add-ons. Then they say your support time has expired (it takes them over two years to do one bug fix, so support time has definitely expired).

Instead of addressing the real problem, they just say you need to pay again for support.

In my opinion, this is not an acceptable attitude for a company to have. The modules are very interesting, but if they focus only on money and not on quality, the most interesting module has no value.

I have one question for Prestahero, They do well but most of the modules have issues, no problem as they are good for the Prestashop community. Just a question of improvement....but why they dont show the negative reviews, this is not fair.

The migration was a success, and although we had to do a lot of initial testing with versions from the development store, module support was always attentive and helpful.

Our website has become lightning fast since we installed the module. Configuration is very easy, while there are many options available. Had some small issues at first with some theme-specific parts, but these were all fixed within a day after submitting the support ticket.

I needed this module to modify the return email address of my Prestashop store's notifications.
I recently updated to v1.1.7, which includes OAuth 2.0 authorization and that's when my problems began.
We spent a whole week trying to get it to work properly; I was unknowingly a beta tester (A.K.A. "sucker") for a module that wasn't ready for production.
The time difference between France and Vietnam made communications and support very difficult.
They often worked on my situation till late morning and then announced its readiness; only for me to discover that it still wasn't working properly. I then had to wait until the following morning to obtain further support.
I finally gave up and reinstalled the previous v1.1.5

I really cannot fault Prestahero.
I have 16 of their modules installed now and apart from the one page checkout, which they sorted out for me a few times (erm I even broke it once too) They never complained at all.. I would say 14 of these modules have worked out of the box and when there has been a issue they jump on and sort it ASAP.. I have just uninstalled a competitors blog as 5 days later they have not responded. I have installed Simple Blog with the idea of upgrading in the near future..
