Do not use this service, it is a complete scam. I paid $299 for a "Concierge Press Release" service, and my press release was issued 7 hours late. They only provided email correspondence, and they said they were doing me a "favor" checking on why my press release had not been distributed.

They sent my report two days late and had made up where it had been released. When I did a search the press release was not there. They promised it on Google News, Bing, etc. and it does not appear. Also, some media cloud service, etc. A week later they are still making excuse.

I used a new service PR.com and they only charged me $129.00. My press release was distributed on time, and within 24 hours I had my report showing that it had been posted on over 100 media outlets and proof with links.

I wanted to try a new service but they are the worst, don't walk but run from Press Release Jet.

I see you have good reviews and I wanted to chime in. Great service, great atmosphere, great distribution, great pricing and great results!

PRJ claimed to work on Christmas... what a Joke, We are a low budget nonprofit I discovered quite the opposite. Emailing December 22nd, IMMEDIATELY after upload, PR wasnt scheduled until the 24th!!!!!!
requesting a Video Link be inserted or delete it and we will add it. Your Service is Subpar at best. You failed to respond to our Dec 22nd email and so called support ticket until Dec 25th. If that is what you call standing out... you certainly did. You FAILED miserably!! No live chat, no one answering phones,
Last time we will request a refund so this PR can be done properly before we file a complaint with Paypal and BBB. I am beside myself that we have to do that just to get our PR done properly....

Paying $99 for a press release sounded too good to be true. I have used PR Newswire in the past and I saw press release jet on google and my curiosity got to me. I have so far sent out 5 press releases and I can testify it works like a charm! A satisfied customer!

The company and its employees have absolute horrendous customer service. The manager got ANGRY with me after I simply tried to voice that I had not gotten what I paid for. I'm very lenient and never write bad reviews but all I asked for was a refund and was not able to get it after speaking with them. I will now have to go through the Trouble of disputing this. Do not use.
