I signed up with my own email, but they keep sending me spam addressed to someone I’ve never even heard of. When I complained, they blamed me and claimed I signed up with this stranger’s name—despite it clearly being their own internal confusion.

I’ve unsubscribed multiple times and submitted numerous complaints, yet the spam continues. In the process of “resolving” my complaint, they even shared someone else’s email address with me—a clear privacy violation.

They cannot explain how they store or manage data, and when I requested their registered trading address, they refused to provide it. For a company handling personal data, that is a massive red flag.

Their founder, Elvis, handled my complaint with the maturity of a teenager—dismissive, evasive, and condescending.

My next step is a formal complaint to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and exploring legal options.

Do not trust this company with your data.

First they catch-and-killed HARO because people were getting too much free value out of it. For those who don't know, Cision bought HARO (which was a tremendous resource in press) and is now shutting it down only months later. Now, PressPulse makes the AI chum situation even worse. Now to see opportunities we sources have to pay $25-$80 to see the HARO requests. You have to rewrite your whole bio to feed to their AI (they have like a 3,000 word page on how to do it, joy now I work for their AI overlord) that will then filter opportunities to you and supposedly find relevant ones - but you are blocked from seeing any of the other ones. Also, get this - you are paying to have THEIR AI WRITE YOUR PITCHES!!!!!!! So the reporters are still getting AI trash content, but now the sources have to pay for it. Unbelievable. These companies are dead set on eliminating and colonizing every shred of value in human to human communication and intermediating it with their AI's that we must pay and serve. IF I WANTED AI HELP I'D OPEN GPT.

We worked with them on creating an article that assigned us an account manager. We received a copy of the article via email and the agency waited for our approval while we submitted it to our corporate hierarchy. ONce we sent them the approval, they quickly distributed it within 24 hours. It was amazing how their SEO tactics helped us. We found their services highly beneficial.
